Reservei um bloco de quartos para um casamento e providenciei um serviço de transporte com o hotel de/para o local do casamento para os convidados. Tinha confirmação por e-mail dos horários de coleta para o transporte. No dia do casamento, os convidados me ligaram para me informar que o hotel não tinha registro de transporte reservado! Depois de muitas ligações com o hotel e a pessoa com quem lidei para as reservas, a pessoa me disse que se esqueceu de me dizer que havia cancelado minha reserva de transporte. Isso foi às 16h45 no dia do casamento (o horário de coleta estava marcado para as 16h15). Isso deixou os hóspedes do hotel confusos e tendo que dirigir e se atrasar para o início. Isso não era algo que eu deveria ter que lidar uma hora antes do casamento da minha filha. O hotel pode ter sido ótimo (não fiquei lá), mas não recomendaria para eventos em que você deseja o transporte deles.

Reservé un bloque de habitaciones para una boda y arreglé un servicio de transporte con el hotel desde y hacia el lugar de la boda para los invitados. Tenía confirmación por correo electrónico de los horarios de recogida para el servicio de transporte. ¡El día de la boda, los invitados me llamaron para informarme que el hotel no tenía constancia de que se hubiera reservado el servicio de transporte! Después de muchas llamadas con el hotel y la persona con la que traté para las reservas, la persona me dijo que se olvidó de decirme que había cancelado mi reserva de transporte. Esto fue a las 4:45 pm del día de la boda (la hora de recogida estaba programada para las 4:15). Esto dejó a los huéspedes del hotel confundidos y luego teniendo que conducir y llegar tarde al inicio. Esto no era algo con lo que debería haber tenido que lidiar una hora antes de la boda de mi hija. El hotel podría haber sido excelente (no me quedé allí), pero no lo recomendaría para eventos en los que desea su transporte para el transporte.

Reserved a block of rooms for a wedding and arranged a shuttle with the hotel to/from the wedding venue for the guests. Had email confirmation of pickup times for the shuttle. Day of wedding, guests called me to inform me the hotel had no record of shuttle being reserved! After many calls with the hotel and the person I dealt with for the bookings, the person told me they forgot to tell me they had canceled my shuttle reservation. This was at 4:45pm on the wedding day ( pick up time was scheduled for 4:15). This left hotel guests confused and then having to drive and be late for the start. This was not something I should have had to deal with an hour before my daughter’s wedding. Hotel might have been great (I did not stay there) but I wouldn’t recommend for events where you want their shuttle for transportation.

The rooms are kind of small but they are up to date and clean. The shower is nice and big. Every thing looks clean!

Desastre completo. Apareça para descobrir que o quarto não tinha um sofá-cama dobrável como PROMETIDO. na nossa chegada às 3 da manhã, a solução deles para o estrago foi um colchão de ar. Mesmo?? Pagando mais de $ 400 por noite, e eles me dão um colchão de ar?? Foi tão alto e desconfortável... Eu dormi no chão.

Eu fiquei aqui 4x nos últimos 6 meses para trabalhar. Cada vez que a equipe foi muito simpática, quartos super limpos e atualizados. Tudo funciona e parece novo.

Só estou dando duas estrelas porque as pessoas do Bistrô são muito simpáticas. E a maioria das pessoas da recepção também foram muito amigáveis. Ficamos aqui quatro dias e nosso quarto não foi atendido uma vez. Perguntamos várias vezes se estávamos na lista para limpar nosso quarto e nos disseram "sim", mas isso nunca aconteceu. Depois de ficar com dois meninos, realmente precisávamos de apenas uma limpeza. Eu estava mesmo disposto a fazê-lo eu mesmo. Eu até liguei para ver onde eu poderia levar nosso lixo e ninguém poderia me ajudar com uma resposta.

Solo doy dos estrellas porque la gente del Bistro es muy agradable. Y la mayoría de la gente de recepción también fue muy amable. Nos alojamos aquí cuatro días y nuestra habitación no fue atendida una vez. Preguntamos varias veces si estábamos en la lista para limpiar nuestra habitación y nos dijeron "sí", pero nunca sucedió. Después de quedarnos con dos niños pequeños, realmente necesitábamos solo una limpieza. Incluso estaba dispuesto a hacerlo yo mismo. Incluso llamé para ver dónde podía llevar nuestra basura y nadie me pudo ayudar con una respuesta.

I've stayed here 4x in the past 6 months for work. Every time the staff have been very friendly, rooms super clean and updated. Everything works and looks new.

Complete Disaster. Show up to find that the room did not have a fold-away couch bed as PROMISED. at our 3am arrival, their solution to their screw up was an Air Mattress. Really?? Paying over $400 night, and they give me an Air Mattress?? It was So Loud and Uncomfortable... I slept on the floor.

I’m only giving two stars because the people at the Bistro are very nice. And most of the front desk people were also very friendly. We stayed here four days and our room wasn’t serviced once. We asked multiple times if we were on the list to have our room cleaned and was told “yes”, but it never happened. After staying with two young boys we really needed just one cleaning. I was even willing to do it myself. I even called to see where I could take our garbage and no one could help me with an answer.

Foi uma alegria ficar aqui. Foi fácil fazer check-in e check-out. Os lençóis e o banheiro eram limpos e a água quente. Parecia bastante confortável! Eu não tive problemas com a minha estadia aqui e definitivamente recomendo para amigos que procuram ficar na área.

It was a joy staying here. It was easy to check in and check out. The sheets and bathroom were clean, and the water was warm. It felt quite comfortable! I had no problems with my stay here and would definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area.
