“I love the location of this excellent hotel in DT Silver Springs. The movie theater is 5 steps away, there is an Ulta next door for beauty purchases and you can't beat the Whole Foods across the street plus the Farmers Market on Saturdays. Customer service was excellent at this centrally located hotel. I highly recommend!”

“Very poor communication. We were told parking was free, but that’s only true on holidays and weekends.
No drinking cups provided in our room. Our friends in another room had one glass. There was coffee in our room and not in theirs. There is no obvious quality control here.”
