“Nice and clean hotel. Loved the Hilton app to check-in and choose my room. Loved being able to walk in and go straight to me room without having to go to front desk to check-in.
Did not love the digital key. Wanted to love the digital key, because I love technology.... when it works. But it didn't work very well. Not sure why. I let the hotel know after our stay. Next time I'll stop by front desk to get a physical key just in case.”

“This hotel is good, but needs to be renewed ASAP.
I was staying at the hotel for the past 3 years and the staff is amazing. Super friendly and always there to support you. The food is good too - Breakfast and In-room service.
The rooms needs to be renewed. Looks pretty old.
The excellent thing is the pass to the BAY CLUB GYM. Is an amazing place if you need to workout.
The food around is good as well. You can find good restaurants to eat around the hotel and a mall if you need something to your trip.”
