“Very friendly and helpful staff. We travelled as a family and did not come across any issues. It was a pleasure visiting Double Tree Cariari. We were welcomed and upgraded right away upon arrival; parking is across the street in a secured lot. Bar, pool, casino - everything was impressive. Highly recommended.”

“Beautiful location, set amongst lush green gardens and a golf course. The hotel has all the amenities done would require. There are a few restaurants located right outside this hotel and a small super market. The hotel has a couple of nice restaurants and a Casino. The pool is beautiful. The in room dining menu is on the pricier side. The shower within the toilets need to be upgraded, I stayed in two different rooms and had the same problem, the water mixer in the shower would be fluctuating between cold and hot. Not a big issue but a nagging one though. The hotel staff is simply amazing, nice, courteous and always available to help you. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting San Jose.”
