“The staff was just incredible the entire time we were there. Extremely customer oriented and very friendly. Can not say enough nice things about them. The room was clean and spacious for our needs. There were shuttles to the parks which worked out great. They are once an hour though. We did take advantage of the early entry to the parks which was nice as well. Some minor nitpicks were the sofa bed was a little worn down and the mattress was thin. However, for the value of the property, it was within expectations.”

“The rooms were large and clean. We were drawn to the free shuttle service, which worked out very well for us. It was much more affordable than a Disney hotel. That said, the daily parking fees, and the resort fee seem excessive. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. We would likely stay again but would factor those sneaky fees into our budget.”
