I made a reservation months ago and I wanted to modify it but the hotel is saying I booked through a third party and would have to call them. My email confirmation is directly through the hotel, and I’ve called every single third party place and they all don’t have any bookings for me. So pretty much the hotel’s hands are tied and I’m stuck with my reservation. I can’t even cancel it! So we will have to take two vehicles now so that my husband can leave early for an important work meeting that came up. Very unprofessional staff answering the phone here, one time answering the phone with, “can I call you back?” They didn’t even know who I was and assumed I was a hotel guest. We are not looking forward to this trip anymore, this feels like the first red flag out of possibly many more. I do not recommend. Review after the trip: nice pool and room. But WAY too expensive and the front desk staff were extremely dismissive & unprofessional.

Despite being an older property the amenities are great! We came in a group of 3 families and each had a 2 bdrm suite. There was enough space and cooking features to host dinners for everyone. We even ate outside one night by the BBQ pits. Our kids loved the water slide, movie theater and arcade. We enjoyed having in unit laundry, jacuzzi tube, and balcony. Decorations and interiors are dated but well maintained. Staff was always very friendly! I saw a complainant about check in time but the confirmation clearly stated a 4pm check in that might extend to 5pm due to additional COVID protocols.

Spacious one bdrm condo, super clean everywhere. Really appreciate all the solid wood doors, cabinets and even mouldings.Great carpentry skills displayed, hard to find nowadays. We stayed at both Marriott and Hilton timeshares—-newer furniture with darker paint/stains to cover lesser quality of wood.My husband is in construction so he explained all the differences to me. Service from the staff is exemplary, friendly, helpful and very welcoming like all the rest of Embarc clubs. If you appreciate the character and the attention to detail in your living quarters, go and enjoy Embarc Whistler. If you prefer modern cheap cookie cutter surroundings then go to the Hilton clubs!

Nice place but older but clean. You must wash own towels and no daily room service. Charge for extra towels. No vallet park. Must take out own garbage to parking level at end of stay. Felt like I was home not on vacation. Pool slide arcade awesome.

Toilets were dirty when we arrived and rooms are definitely dated. Otherwise, really kind staff and spacious rooms. Loved the jacuzzi and balcony. The hot tubs outside are a great spot to share drinks with friends. Also, I really appreciate how easy it was to arrange shipping for clothing that I had forgotten in my room before checking out.
