“Very very friendly personel. Very clean. They clean all day everywhere. Shining even the elevators. Breakfast is ok. Sta Fe shopping mall is right in front. Megabig and fantastic foodcourt with real restaurants. Nice shops too.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. All of the staff is excellent except for the front desk manager in a red jacket. Estelar Apartamentos Medellin started construction, including hammering and drilling, half way through my 2 week stay in surrounding rooms. I made a simple request to be moved to a room without construction. The manager described above laughed in my face and said no. This is the first time I've been insulted by a hotel manager. She later told me "You can't expect it to be quiet all the time," when I made a second request to be moved. The construction started at 8AM and went until 6PM. I don't expect silence all the time but I also don't expect to pay full price for a hotel with construction 10 hours per day with no warning. I ultimately left the hotel halfway through my stay to find a hotel without construction. I booked this hotel thinking it would be a quiet place to do business. I was not warned about the construction prior to booking nor was I notified at check-in. I ultimately lost money because I was unable to conduct business meetings as planned and I was charged for the night that I left early. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a shame, because every single person I interacted was great except for the manager in the red jacket.”
