Surpreendente. Ótimo custo-benefício. Banheiros de mármore verde, cama maravilhosa, café da manhã muito bom. O entorno não é bonito, mas está perto dos muros da Città Vecchia (15 minutos caminhando). Equipe super atenciosa e prestativa.

O Hotel é muito bom. Localizado na entrada da cidade, logo após sair da autoestrada. Possui estacionamento próprio e a 2 quadras de um mercado. Andando, você chega em 15 min nas muralhas da cidade antiga. O Hotel possui um excelente café da manhã é serviço de lavanderia.

Exageradas as quatro estrelas atribuídas ao hotel. Fui uma estada razoável, que se justificou pela boa relação custo x benefício. Não dispunham de berço e tivemos que improvisar. Houve uma divergência quanto ao café da manhã,entre a reserva feita pelo Booking e o apontado pelo hotel. O que foi resolvido após escrevermos para o booking e recebermos a confirmação de que a reserva incluía o café da manhã... O tipo de mal estar desnecessário e que chateia qquer cliente.

Aparcamiento gratuito a la puerta privado, el hotel está junto a un Mac Donald's a la entrada de la autopista, lo malo que nos han alojado en primera planta y se oye todo el ruido del Mac auto, y totalmente la tos, el baño o hablar en la habitación de al lado. A medida noche se cayó algo y pensaba q fue algo de mi mesilla, con lo cual me desvelé al mirar que se había caído, si el teléfono o alguna cosa q hubiera tirado sin querer. Esta muy limpio, y cuidado. La habitación es amplia y el baño en perfecto estado y con secador de pelo. Se sale mucho el agua de la ducha por fuera... El desayuno te sirven la bollería y si quieres huevo revuelto o bacon, hay yogurt y fruta. El zumo no es natural, parece de bote... El café te lo sirven en la mesa bajo pedido hay nesquik.. Es mejor reservar por su propia web, ya que te dan por el mismo precio desayuno...y si te registras, tras haberte alojado hacen un descuento en la reserva. A día de hoy hay un descuento si en la página del pago en el 3 o 4 paso metes el código de descuento EUROVIP y con eso te hacen un 10% de descuento sobre el precio que vayas a pagar. 😊 Lucca merece la visita de todo un día mínimo para pasear por sus calles, es precioso!!

Our stay was amazing. Thank you so much to the whole team! We arrived late at night with a little baby. Check in was super and very smooth. Breakfast is over the top. So good and nice. Very much applying to the Corona rules. It is a buffet but very well organized. I am very picky when it comes to food but this was really amazing. Lots of choice, fresh juices, meat and cheese, fruit, vegetables and a very good cappucchino! Plus the two girls in the breakfast room were very nice and very attentive. Thank you for making our breakfast so special. We asked for a late check out and it was all fine. Thank you again. It was much easier to stay in the cool hotel room then outside with 35 degrees. The room was nice, modern and comfortable. Very clean. You do not want to spend a weeks holiday there but this is not the intension of the hotel. It is made for short term stays and for this it is perfect! In addition, the hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the autostrada and an amazing supermarket where we bought lots of things. I would come back any time!

Great for car travelers. 15 min walk to Lucca city wall. Staff spoke English well and was very kind. Early check in was possible and even got a free welcome coffee.

Todo muy bien en el hotel. Muy buena atención. Eurostars es siempre calidad y buen servicio. Lo único que tuvimos un problema, que me molestó bastante y nunca me había pasado. Cercana la hora de realizar el check out, pero sin sobrepasar, una chica que limpiaba las habitaciones abrió la habitación antes de tiempo y a mi me vio en el baño. Creo que debería haber llamado antes de entrar.

Buena calidad de sueño. Relación calidad precio excelente. El desayuno sencillo pero riquísimo. Lo único que deberían darle mas vida al restaurante para que los huéspedes nos animemos a cenar allí, ya que el hotel está alejado de restaurantes de la zona y cuesta desplazarse cuando llegas por la noche.

The rooms are quite nice and in good conditions. The bed and bedding are comfortable. The location is convenient a few minutes drive to the center and just outside the motorway. Though, the showers are not okay though, many marks of black mould, the shower head was leaking everywhere as it is clearly too old. The breakfast was a joke, a bit of ham and cheese a few fruits and that is it. A despicable coffee (such a shame in Italy) and no even yougort or different kind of bread.

Hotel correcto, limpio, ordenado y con un personal muy amable y atento. Lo malo que tiene es que está cerca de una carretera y no está muy bien insonorizado, por tanto, si se tiene un sueño ligero no es recomendable este sitio. También entre sus negativas, podría decir que el bufete del desayuno es un tanto escaso, en variedad.

Hotel bien situado para visitar Lucca, nosotros teníamos coche de alquiler y tienen una amplia zona para aparcar. Está a más o menos 1km del centro, si quieres te dejan bicicletas. Personal muy amable. Instalaciones limpias. Desayuno bueno.
