“This is a nice hotel, but for some reason a number of things just did not click. The remote of my rooms air conditioner was not working - but even after getting the batteries replaced the cooling was not just there. I tried to order room service and was told to read a QR code on channel 50 of the TV. I followed instructions but there was no QR code. Frustrated - I just went out a had a rather pleasant meal. The Covid Protocols were not being adhered to strictly - you could drive into the garage and walk into the hotel without getting your temperature checked or any alcohol gel on your hands. Not too sure about staying here again… :(”

“One of the best places that I've stayed in. I was in Aguascalientes while my grandma was in a nearby hospital in the ICU for cardiac arrest during renal surgery. The staff are amazing and they will go out of their way to help their guests and make them feel at ease. They even let me use the gym after hours to get a workout in and de-stress. The room was amazing and quiet and the food was also great! The hotel is centrally located in a safe and quiet area and it's about a 5 minute walk to the Jardin San Marcos and the shops around and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Centro Historico de Aguascalientes. The hotel has a pool, gym, restaurant, bar and little shops and it even has a Starbucks with a limited menu. One day, when I return to Aguascalientes for a non-family emergency, I will definitely stay at Fiesta Americana. I sincerely appreciate the staff and facility.”
