Fiesta Inn in Chetumal is a delightful, friendly, modern hotel well suited for business customers. Perfectly clean, professional and attractive, with very good food. Highly recommended by this first time US visitor.

Great service. Nice and very clean.

The first week we stayed here, it was pretty good. The service was a bit long for drinks, but it wasn't bad. The second time we stayed here (about a week later) our room had an ant INFESTATION. We woke up to ants literally everywhere. In our bags, everywhere on the floor, and eventually in our bed. They have a nest in the wall. When we first informed the hotel, we wanted to switch rooms. They didn't get back to us until a few hours later. Ants were literally crawling on us. They didn't do much but give us free drinks and free breakfast to compensate. Turned out we received free breakfast anyway with Hotels.com, so that didn't help much. Then, they were saying they never offered us free drinks. Then after much hassle, they gave us the drinks after finding out our free breakfast was included. The way they handled this whole thing was very poor. I had high hopes for this place, but now I regret coming back. We were going to stay longer, but we're taking our money elsewhere. I just found out you can get Jr. Suites in this city for about the same price and even less than this place. That's what we'll be doing.

Hotel overbooked and moved me to a different hotel with no WiFi for a business trip. Charged the same price to stay with less amenities.

Upscale hotel with a magnificent pool terraza. Great view and downtown within walking distance. Staff is super friendly and driven to help.

We went here to have breakfast with the family. The restaurant belongs to the hotel, is pretty spacious, very clean and modern. Quite high standards. They have a tasty buffet with a variety of dishes and sweet desserts. Price is à dis­cré­ti­on / all-you-can-eat. Worth a visit.

Very clean, great beds and pillows. Pretty quiet, only a little noise a couple times. Staff spoke English. The only bad thing was that we ordered breakfast room service the night before and it never showed up. I'd order when you want it instead of in advance. Menu was in English, but I can't speak for the food since we didn't get any. I still gave them 5 stars because the hotel part of the experience was great. Paid 65 for the night, which was a reasonable deal.

Room was extremely comfortable and the staff was lovely. Location is also very convenient. The food was not good at the hotel restaurant but there are many restaurants nearby.

Clean room, friendly staff. Great location with lovely views of Chetumal. Walking distance to the beach and piers. Only caveat was that the glass shower door did not seal and keep the water inside...
