It’s my 5th visit to the Four Seasons Resort Orlando Disney. It is truly the most beautiful and luxurious, family friendly property. The staff is experienced and well trained, very good energy and respectful to the guests. Even something simple as letting guests know about a rule for example, is done in the most polite fashion. For example, we came down with a boogie board, which isn’t good for a pool, we were told extremely nice, oh sir I apologize but safety reasons the boogie boards aren’t allowed in the pool due to decreased visibility, would you like me to have it sent up to your room? I loved it, because it was done so politely and they even offered a great solution. Aside from that, the food is delicious, and the restaurants are very accommodating to my children who are very picky eaters. My youngest loves watermelon and cucumber, which I asked if I could get a plate of each, without hesitation, it was quickly, yes we can do that. The premises was clean, organized, friendly. Thanks to all the staff who made a great memorable experience. See you next year!

As usual, the four seasons brand did not disappoint. This is the most kid friendly luxury hotel we have ever stayed in (and that includes the Breakers Palm Beach). Everyone is so nice and welcoming. As always, the Four Seasons thinks of everything including Stepstools in the rooms, blackout curtains that overlap, lots of kids amenities, amazing coffee for the adults, and outstanding service. The shuttle service to the parks is so convenient! The lazy river is a highlight of the resort and very safe even for our littlest kiddo who is just 3! Huge shout out to the front desk team for honoring our upgrade and giving us early check in as well. Will definitely return!

We stayed at this resort for a wedding and we were impressed by the beautiful property. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The resort has many amenities, such as a golf course, a spa, a pool, and a rooftop steakhouse. However, we felt that the food quality was mediocre for the price we paid. The breakfast buffet was bland and repetitive. We expected more from a four-star resort. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we wish they would improve their food quality.

This was a lovely hotel and restaurant. The food was excellent. My daughter and I loved shopping at the cute stores also. It was close enough to Disney to take valet and far enough away for peace and quiet when we wanted it. The pools were warm and well kept. The atmosphere was pristine and welcoming.

Best hotel ever. Great outlets. Was back there in October chef John and chef Ricardo. Best chef’s attention and have lots of knowledge. Enjoyed the spa as well the adults only pool. We stayed in a park view room. Loved the details of housekeeping.

Absolutely five stars! Customer service tops the list as it was absolutely exceptional. The entire Hotel was immaculately clean and everyone had Smiles on their faces when they greeted guests. Rooms were spacious and had wonderful amenities, such as an espresso machine, plum wine machine, Bose speakers and European style showers. Took our kids and had connecting rooms, and it couldn't have been a better setup. Close to everything and yet, if you wanted, you really don't even have to leave the hotel grounds as there is so much to do for kids of all ages. A+.

Great service as usual. Tons of entertainment for kids (water slides, kids club, teenager/older kids play room with modern arcade). Perfect place to spend a holiday weekend because they put a lot of effort in planning their in-hotel events. For example they had a whole carnival with egg hunt, games, big bouncy castles, train, petting zoo, prizes, etc. for Easter. The food is very good too.

Amazing beautiful resort! I visited this resort while on vacation in Orlando and although I had been following the resort since it opened I was completely blown away when I first saw it in person. The attention to detail is on another level the lobby had beautiful floors with hand layed mosaic tile, there where plenty of options when it came to food and when I ate at the pool bar the food was great and I was treated to amazing service. All in I would highly recommend this resort and i I hope that some day I can stay there and experience it even more

Every single thing about our stay was amazing. The staff was always friendly, super helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent. Everything in the room was spotless. The pool, and poolside eats, were awesome. Do not have 1 single complaint about our stay and hope someday we can stay here again.

"You get what you pay for". We have all heard that. In hotels I find it to be true. Do you want two cleaning services a day? Chocolates and waters waiting for you? Your bed turned down? Espresso machine and some rooms have wine on tap. This is the hotel for you. If you have a problem with the hotel or staff, it's you that's the problem. You can tell the staff have been trained to go above and beyond. At first the rooms might seem simple, but they are very high tech. Sensors alert your movements in regards to the AC, if the balcony door is open, it auto turns off. Ipads for anything you may need. The bathroom has a TV built into the mirror. I would recommend this hotel for not just for families or people visiting Disney. It is great for a stay vacation or a special event.

We have been members at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Disney World for almost a year and absolutely love it! As locals, going to the four seasons feels like an amazing amenity right around the corner. Every single person there is helpful, attentive, and extremely personable. From member services and event planning staff who create distinctive, memorable experiences every month, like Laura Silva, to hotel servers, staff, and pool attendants like Matt Finnemore, who take such good care of us on our lovely pool days or date nights, we are always so excited to go and spend our time at the hotel & club. As an added bonus, whenever we bring out of town guests or visitors with us, they are absolutely blown away by the level of service and attention to detail they receive. Truly couldn't ask for more.

What an amazing place to spend a vacation. Everything here is of exceptional quality, the staff are truly friendly, professional and attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our room had a view of Disney and Epcot, so we got to see the fireworks from our balcony, every night. The pools had plenty of chairs, towels and a wait staff that brings drinks to your chair. The pools are great for families and they even had a pool for over 21 as well. As we spent most of our vacation visiting the parks, we didn't have alot of time exploring everything the resort had to offer. Next time we intend to spend more time at the resort, because there is so much to do.

I'm sad that I have to leave a bad review. We have stayed at the Four Seasons once before and loved it. We made another reservation to come back for my birthday, but had to cancel because they would not allow us to just have 1 guest (not staying at the hotel) enjoy the pool recreation with us. My guest lives 10 minutes from the hotel so it's not necessary to book another room. I called the hotel letting them know and to see if they could make an exception for us b/c I didn't think it would be a big deal for 1 guest. They unfortunately made no exceptions for my birthday, so we had to book another hotel. :(

Love this resort, I live only 40 minutes away but love coming here for staycations. The oasis pool is unbeatable and Jeff has been our pool attendant two times now and he really goes out of his way to provide the best service and experience. Overall such a great resort can’t wait for my next stay

Beautiful resort. Had the best meal here at Ravellos. Food was delicious. Service was great. And the prices were actually more reasonable than many Disney restaurants. It's valet parking only but the restaurant validates and it is complimentary. Such a hidden gem if you are staying at Disney.

We usually stay at The Grand Floridian and before we visited the Four Seasons, believed The Grand was unbeatable. However, my family and I had the most luxurious vacation at this resort. It was truly a 5 star experience with a reviving pool area and a soothing lazy river surrounding the pool’. We enjoyed the Most comfortable nights sleep’ you could ask for and an otherworldly panoramic room view overlooking the The Golden Oaks. The staff by the pool were extremely helpful and we can’t wait to come back! A stunning 2 weeks at the four seasons.

OMG!! This place is amazing!! The entrance was so grand and so were the rooms. There were tons of perks staying at this place. They had multiple pools and their breakfast buffet was amazing. They had Disney characters come certain days to the buffet area for the kids. Love love love!!

We really enjoyed breakfast. The options were great and food was really good. The characters came out several times and even though they dont get close, they do great posing for pics and saying hi to the kids. Only thing my husband did notice was the lady in charge of the pancake sections touching different things (hair, trash, food, etc) and not once washed her hands or wore gloves. He is a chef so he noticed this, with everything going on I would think they would be more careful with food handling. He did not mention this to me at the time because he knew I wouldn't of eaten anymore. Our server was super nice and even brought my daughter a cupcake for her birthday. Overall I think the restaurant was a nice experience, except for the cook not being careful.

Though we spent much of our time outside the resort, when we did spent time in was such a pleasure. The pool area was clean and had nice decor. All the employees were extremely nice and helpful during our stay. One instance of generosity was when a waiter by the name of Fernando at the bar and grill gave my family and me a free dessert with safe travels written out on the plate.

Absolutely stunning property! We stayed at the Four Seasons Orlando while visiting Disney. Every part of this hotel was phenomenal! The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. The restaurants served some of the best food I’ve ever had. The transportation services made getting from Disney to the hotel so easy and comfortable. And the housekeeping were so attentive. Hoping to get back soon to enjoy the pools when it is a little warmer. Can’t say enough good things!

I had the absolute best time at this hotel and resort. There are endless amenities to enjoy and the staff are amazing! Be sure to visit the spa and Capa restaurant on the top floor. The structures are breath taking to say the least and the ambiance is relaxed yet refreshing. I love the versatility of this resort as well. It is appropriate for children and families as well as a nice couples get away. I can't say enough great things about this place! I can't wait to go back and enjoy even more next time.

Stayed here for a few nights in Feb 2020. Staff are great and kept guests well looked after. Room was clean and spacious. Pool complex is good and excellent facilities for families with kids. Breakfast was OK but lacked any variation. Some issues with maintenance though. Lazy river broken for a few days and empty wash products in gym shower room. On the whole the best place I have stayed in Orlando and would certainly return.

This is a world-class resort. You cannot beat the location. It is literally in the center of Disney World. The staff is attentive knowledgeable, friendly, well-groomed and competent.
