“I visited this location for business travel and was exceptionally pleased with my experience. Upon arrival, I received a small welcome gift [as a member of the rewards program], and had a beautiful lake facing room. I was pleased that it was quiet and all service requests were tended to with care.
During my stay I enjoyed the fitness facility, restaurant, and adjacent attractions at Rio. It was very nice to have the option to go to the movie theatre or walk around the lake right next to the front door.
Even though there were many highlights of this trip, the best part was undoubtedly the service provided by Carla [front desk]. She went above and beyond in helping me with all of my questions and become acquainted with the area. I even had a few requests that were not part of the regular offerings and she helped craft and deliver innovative solutions. It was a refreshing relief to receive such excellent customer service that would be more commonly associated with the St Regis.
Overall I strongly recommend this hotel for any business travelers and also believe it would be suitable for families as it quite safe and orderly. There are also adjacent attractions for children including a carousel, large arcade and multiple high quality family restaurants.”
