“Overall was a pretty good hotel. Had lovely views of downtown Chicago and the included breakfast bar was great. The one thing that completely ruined my experience was that I lost a shirt at the hotel. I got the shirt during my stay with FBLA, and I need it back for the new school year. I contacted the front desk a few times and also submitted a lost item report. After almost 20 days, I still haven't received any information on the status of my shirt, and was always met with a voicemail when transferred to housekeeping on the phone. Great hotel, just disappointed.”

Há uma razão este é um hotel de 3 estrelas. Nosso quarto de punho cheirava terrível. Eles mudaram isso. O segundo quarto tinha comida na geladeira e manchas vermelhas nos travesseiros. O serviço de quarto não falava inglês, então eles não tinham ideia do que estávamos pedindo. Tentámos pagar os US$ 25 para o check-out tardio e eles disseram que não tinham quaisquer preços de check-out de US$ 25 à esquerda, mas eles tinham opções de check-out de US$ 75 disponíveis. Vine a la ciudad para un concierto y estaba convenientemente frente al Wintrust Arena. Llegué muy temprano y fui lo suficientemente amable como para acomodarme al tener una habitación disponible y registrarme temprano. There is a reason this is a 3 star hotel. Our fist room smelled terrible. They did change it. The second room had food in the fridge and red stains on the pillows. Room service didn't speak English so they had no idea what we were asking. We tried to pay the $25 for the late check out and they said they didn't have any $25 check out prices left but they did have $75 check out options available. We have platinum levels at two other hotel chains. It's definitely not about the money. Do yourself better. Stay somewhere else.

Came into town for a concert and was conveniently across from Wintrust Arena. I got there super early and were super nice enough to accommodate me by having a room available and check in early. Also, when are room key scanner battery died, they sent someone up super fast to fix it. The free breakfast is delicious as and a great perk. Also, Starbucks being attached is super convenient.

Bom hotel, mas pedimos que nosso quarto fosse limpo todos os dias em que estávamos lá (6 noites), foi limpo uma vez e depois apenas a meio, o que significa que eles só fizeram a cama (sem troca de lençóis) e pegaram toalhas usadas . Não novos sabonetes ou xampu/condicionador. Tive que pedir toalhas limpas na recepção. Imperdoável, especialmente ao pagar quase 350 por noite!!!!

Nice hotel, yet we asked for our room to be cleaned every day that we were there (6 nights) it was cleaned once and then only half way, meaning they only made up the bed (no sheet change) and picked-up used towels.No new soaps or shampoo/conditioner.Had to ask for fresh towels at the front desk.Unexcusable, especially when paying almost 350 a night!!!!

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming during my stay. The breakfast staff greeted me with a good morning when I would go to breakfast. The front desk staff members were helpful in suggesting local restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. This was my first trip to Chicago and the staff made it very enjoyable!

O lobby e os quartos eram adoráveis! A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. Boa localização para participar de um evento no Soldier Field. Alguns bons restaurantes nas proximidades. Café da manhã abaixo do ideal. Eles estavam sem pratos de tamanho normal, só tinham café torrado leve e tinham problemas para manter as coisas estocadas (apesar dos melhores esforços da equipe). Além disso, o self-checkout para lanches no lobby não funcionou bem.

El vestíbulo y las habitaciones eran preciosas. El personal fue muy amigable y útil. Buena ubicación para asistir a un evento en Soldier Field. Algunos buenos restaurantes cerca. El desayuno era menos que ideal. No tenían platos de tamaño completo, solo tenían café tostado ligero y tenían problemas para mantener las cosas abastecidas (a pesar de los mejores esfuerzos del personal). Además, el autopago para bocadillos en el vestíbulo no funcionó bien.

Stayed there 5 nights in June 2022 for a business trip.Positive was the very friendly and helpful hotel staff, the cleanliness of the rooms / hotel and the fact that the ADA room was 100% accessible for a wheelchair user.The breakfast is very basic but I guess typical for a Hampton.The only very negative thing was the hotel location and the noise level. The windows are not really soundproof and the hotel is directly next to a super busy street so the noise level at night is significant (!) even with earplugs and AC running. Definitely not what you are looking for on a stressful business trip so for that, I’d definitely recommend another hotel near McCormick. This is of course not a shortcoming of the hotel or its staff but just a thing you should keep in mind if you are looking for a quiet nights rest which you won’t get there unfortunately.

Lobby and rooms were lovely! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location for attending an event at Soldier Field. Some good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was less than ideal. They were out of full size plates, only had light roast coffee, and had trouble keeping things stocked (despite best efforts of staff). Also, the self checkout for snacks in the lobby did not work well.

Hampton Inn created a great mother's day experience for me, my mom, and my aunt. The hospitality was amazing, the Vibe was on point! Shout out to Mr. Ray at the hotel lobby Bar. He kept us happy and entertained. Shout out to Mr. Marcus/ Gerald Levert, the hotel Manager who went over and above to make sure we were taken care of! And to Ms. Tonya at the front desk who was there to assist us with anything we needed! Great place to stay. Food was delicious and rooms were clean! Can't wait to visit again!

El hotel era hermoso y la habitación era bonita y cómoda. Sin embargo, parecía haber un poco de falta de comunicación entre el personal. Deben ser más conscientes de cuando alguien se ha registrado en una habitación / una habitación está ocupada para no entrar en esa habitación sin previo aviso. Nice room, spacious with a big king bed and large TV. I can't say enough good things about the front desk staff. They were helpful, friendly, and thoroughly professional. Indeed, everyone at this hotel was great. I will stay here again if I come back to Chicago.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was nice and comfortable. However, there seemed to be a bit of communication breakdown amongst the staff. They should be more aware of when someone has checked into a room/a room is occupied so as not to enter that room unannounced. That sort of incident makes you question the security/privacy during your entire stay.

Stay at the Hampton Inn at the McCormick Place had multiple issues. Our smelled like a wet dog, bathroom was not cleaned well and the card reader for the room wasn't working when we arrived. We needed to have staff enable the elevator. We had a digital badge, but guess what? It doesn't work on elevators. In the morning, it took about 5 minutes of running the shower before it was warm enough to take a shower. This is a waste of water. This has been my only bad experience at a Hampton Hotel. I am a gold member, but this trip made very unhappy because we had multiple issues.

My stay was great. They were very accommodating. Location is close to the green and the red line. Free breakfast in the morning until 10am. Staff is very helpful. The only thing that was not great was my desk chair. But I only used it for one day. Would definitely recommend. P.S. There is a 75 bucks a day hold on your cc. Just keep that in mind prior to booking.

Esta foi a minha primeira vez viajando e ficando em um bom hotel .. Eu gostei muito da minha estadia .. Mas eu tive alguns momentos tristes começando com .. descobri que eles cobram $ 75 extras por noite caso o quarto seja danificado depois você vai embora .. Fiquei 4 noites e eles queriam me cobrar $ 300 extras .. Sem falar que era meu dinheiro para gastar .. Mas a recepcionista simpática que estava lá (Jamaal) fez uma ligação rápida e eles só cobraram metade de mim, embora Eu ainda tenho que recuperá-lo .. 😔 Então há uma garota (não uma senhora no meu livro ..) ela era muito esnobe! 😩 Mesmo nas duas vezes seguintes em que a encontrei durante a minha estadia .. ainda esnobe. .😅 Feliz por ela não estar no meu mundo..🤗🙋🏽‍♀️ Mas, em suma .. Estadia incrível e muito tranquila e sossegada .. Será que algum dia voltarei .. (NÃO) Por quê? Por causa do meu dinheiro para gastar, eles me forçaram a desistir sem me informar antes de eu vir de outro estado ...

This was my first time traveling & staying in a nice hotel.. I totally enjoyed my stay.. But I did have a few sad moments starting with.. finding-out they charge an extra $75 per night in case the room is damaged after you leave.. I stayed4 nights and they wanted to charge me $300 extra.. Not to mention that was my spending money.. But the nice receptionist that was there (Jamaal) made a quick call and they only charged me half, although I still have yet to get it back.. 😔 Then there’s this one girl(not a lady in my book..) she was very Snobby!😩 Even the next couple of times I ran into her over my stay.. still Snobby..😅 Happy she’s not in my world..🤗🙋🏽‍♀️ But all in all.. Awesome stay & very peaceful and quiet.. Will I ever go back..(NO) Why? Because of my spending money they forced me to give up without informing me before I came all the way there from another state..😌😌
