“The staff was fantastic, Mary and everybody at the front desk were SO accommodating. Housekeeping was prompt and friendly. The location is great, just one block west of Madison Square. I only wish that the owners would make the investments to maintain and upgrade the hotel. It is tired and things like the elevators and AC weren’t working properly. The maintenance is defiantly NOT up to the level of other Hampton Inns! That said, we will be back on our next trip to Manhattan.”
