“I came here with family and friends for my cousin's Bachelorette party, and the hotel itself was very nice; the staff however, were less than satisfactory. Every time we asked the front desk for something, the person stationed there was rude and kind of lazy to be honest; we asked them for towels, and the lady rudely responded that they couldn't bring any up for us and told us to come get them ourselves. But other than that, I didn't have any problems with the experience.”

“Great service and room was incredible, large and clean. We called ahead to schedule and came in at 12:30am. The employee was very helpful and nice too. Parking was $10 for 12 hours but everything else was great. Will defiently be coming back next time in Dallas.”
