The rooms are comfortable enough but the hotel staff needs to brush up on hospitality. I am a Hilton Gold member and stay in Hilton often. Simple things like towels don't need to be an issue. I was there for an event and booked 3 rooms, 2 of them were adjoining. We took showers on the 1st day. Housekeeping never came to our room, which is fine. When the housekeeping staff was outside I asked if we can exchange our towels. Keep in mind there is 1 towel hook in each bathroom only. So unless you have to hang multiple wet towels on the same hook. They won't dry that way. And our room, had 3 bath towels even though there were 4 guests per room. The housekeeping person had a cart full of towels. I brought out my wet ones and tried to exchange them. She told me no. I have to call the front desk for towels. The demeanor and attitude implied that I am stealing towels. We also had little chocolates in one of rooms when we arrived. Went down to the front desk with a 4 year old and just asked if he can have another chocolate and they said no, it is only for digital check-ins. I think this hotel staff needs to learn some hospitality. I booked 3 rooms at this place and have been loyal to Hilton for years not. I don't think I would stay here. We did not get bottled waters for Hilton gold members either. I asked about it and was given the dirtiest look at the front desk.

I cannot express how much I enjoyed this place. The room was awesome and also the view. I’m a Hilton member and have stayed at quite a bit of there locations but this is definitely in my top 3 I’ve ever visited. Everybody is extremely friendly and nice. All of the front desk was sweet and accommodating. All of the restaurant staff are sweet and worked hard. I could tell they were stressed because it was Labor Day weekend but they really held up there professionalism and pulled through. Thank you all for being so great to me and my children we will be back😃

So glad I found this place. Clean rooms, good reasonably priced food and amazing view if you get a room facing the golf course. A few issues with room service not showing up to take garbage, one time the elevator was acting strange, the vending machine on my floor was broken. Other than that the beds aren't too soft, climate control in room is easy to adjust but the view is my favorite part of my stay. The course is beautifully landscaped.

My wife and I were here for a 1 night 2 day work conference. We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and the hotel has so many amenities (large outdoor and indoor pools, nice selection of restaurants). The conference food, snacks, drinks were great with a lot to choose from. Our room was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy. Thank you for a great experience Hilton team!

This hotel truly is a hidden gem! We have been coming here for years with family and friends. There is so much to offer—indoor/outdoor pool, golf, 2 restaurants, game room and more. The hotel is just gorgeous, as well, and the staff is amazing! From the time you check-in, you feel welcomed. I have to give a huge shout out to our absolute favorite staff member, Willie, at the pool/golf bar. He is amazing—hardworking, personable, efficient, and just an overall fantastic person! Such an asset to the hotel. We already can’t wait to come back!

When I arrived, practically no one was wearing a mask. The person behind the desk had it pulled down and she was talking to someone 2 feet away who didn't even have a mask near him. 2 other women stood nearby with no masks on at all waiting to speak to her as well. I was uncomfortable, but she offered to put me in a room not near anyone else, which was fine and appreciated.However, the following night, not only were there kids screaming and running around and slamming doors nearby until after 10 pm, but the woman at the front desk called our room at nearly 11 pm while we were sleeping to tell me a credit card had been declined and I needed to provide her a new one right then. After being awoken from sleep after an exceptionally long day when I had to be up at 6 am,and also waking up my 4 yea old. It was completely unnecessary and inappropriate and I can't understand why she thought calling my room at that time was appropriate.

One of Chicago lands best kept secret. I set up all of my Corporate visitors at this hotel. Close to top dining and a golf course that is well groomed and challenging. The staff is attentive. The rooms are clean and well kept.

Minha família e eu ficamos neste local e tivemos um tempo maravilhoso. Becca e Grace na recepção foram muito prestativos e gentis! Grace se certificou de que fôssemos bem cuidados e felizes. Becca decorou nosso quarto para meu aniversário de mães era tão bonito que ela também tinha sua sobremesa favorita esperando por ela. Minha mãe teve um dia maravilhoso. Obrigada Becca e Grace. Os gerentes externos foram ótimos, tivemos um visitante idoso e não podíamos andar muito bem, o gerente o levou em um carrinho de golfe e garantiu que ele chegasse são e salvo. O gerente e a equipe externa foram incríveis, eles nos trataram como uma família e nos fizeram sentir bem-vindos em todos os sentidos. O nosso quarto era tão bom e limpo a vista do nosso quarto no 11º andar era incrível .. Não queríamos sair. My family and I stayed at this location and we had an amazing time. Becca and Grace at the front desk were so helpful and kind! Grace made sure that we were taken care of and happy. Becca decorated our room for my Mothers Birthday it was so beautiful she also had her favorite dessert waiting for her. My mom had a wonderful day Thank you Becca and Grace. The outside managers were terrific, we had an elderly visitor and wasnt able to walk very well the manager took him on a golf cart and made sure he got to us safe and sound. The outside manager and staff were incredible they treated us like family and made us feel welcome in every way. Our room was so nice and clean the view from our room the 11th floor was awesome.. We didnt want to leave. Thank you everyone that works at the Hilton Oak brook hills you guys are doing a wonderful job...oh yeah try the pina Coladas by the pool they are GOOD!!! 😊

If I could post 0 stars, I would.... This is literally the night I got married. We planned to have our first night together at this resort as a married couple. I booked this out a few weeks in advance. I paid for the nice suite. And here we are.... Sitting outside the place at 12:30am at night we were disrespected and told we cannot check in and asked to leave. In the age of the internet and credit cards, they told us they can't accept anything over apps or phone calls. Seriously?... on what was supposed to be the best day of our lives. We are here actually crying on your doorstep. But you refused to help us............. I don't think it's possible for us to be more disappointed. I would never come back again, even if it was free

A vista do quarto era ótima. O quarto estava muito limpo. Mas quase não havia serviço. Eu sei que isso se deveu ao Covid-1 e à escassez de funcionários. Meu único problema foi o custo extra para usar as piscinas. Este hotel está classificado como 4 estrelas, mas eu diria mais como 3,5 estrelas. Isso ocorre devido ao horário de check-out mais cedo, às 12:00 e ao fato de que os quartos não possuem microondas. Comemos em alguns restaurantes muito caros e tivemos que despejar as sobras porque não tínhamos como reaquecê-las. Ao todo, foi uma estadia decente.

The view from the room was great. The room was very clean. But there was barely any service. This I know was due to Covid-1 and a shortage of staff. My only problem was the extra charge to use the pools. This hotel is rated at 4 stars but I'd say more like 3.5 stars. This is due to the early checkout time 12:00pm and the fact that the rooms lack a microwave. We ate at some very expensive restaurants had to dump the leftovers because we had no way of reheating them. All in all it was a decent stay.
