Mais como um hotel de 2 estrelas do que 3A equipe foi agradável, check-in e check-out não foi problema. Piso laminado no quarto foi cortado muito curto para se encontrar com o carpete. Apenas parecia terrível para este hotel de faixa de preço. A banheira tinha vários fios de cabelo. Bruto. O serviço de limpeza deve prestar mais atenção aos detalhes. Pelo preço da estadia, o café da manhã deveria estar incluso. I've se hospedaram no mais barato 2 estrelas hotéis que são mais bonitos com café-da-manhã de cortesia. A banheira de hidromassagem deveria ser mais quente. Era mais como uma banheira de hidromassagem quente. Piscina e área de hidromassagem era limpo. Propriedade fora era limpo e seguro. Boa localização. Pernoite foi tranquilo, sem interrupções.

Más como un hotel de 2 estrellas que 3El personal era agradable, el registro de entrada y salida no fue un problema. El piso laminado en la habitación estaba demasiado corto para juntarse con la alfombra. Simplemente se veía terrible para este hotel de rango de precios. La bañera tenía varios pelos. Bruto. La limpieza debe prestar más atención a los detalles. Por el precio de la estancia, el desayuno debería estar incluido. Me he alojado en muchos hoteles de 2 estrellas más baratos que son mejores con desayuno gratis. El jacuzzi debería haber estado más caliente. Era más como una bañera de hidromasaje caliente. La piscina y el jacuzzi estaban limpios. La propiedad exterior estaba limpia y segura. Buena ubicación. La estancia de una noche fue tranquila sin interrupciones.

My husband and I stayed here recently when we were in town for a concert. Our room was beautiful. The bedroom was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy and clean. The bathroom could've been cleaner. Being a housekeeper myself I know that hair can be hard to get up but nobody wants to see someone else's hair in the tub. We didn't like the breakfast.

More like a 2 star hotel than 3 Staff was nice, check in & out was no problem. Laminate floor in room was cut too short to meet up with carpet. Just looked terrible for this price range hotel. Bathtub had multiple hairs in it. Gross. Housekeeping should pay more attention to detail. For the price of the stay, breakfast should have been included. I've stayed at plenty of cheaper 2 star hotels that are nicer with free breakfast. Hot tub should have been hotter. It was more like a warm jetted bath tub. Pool and hot tub area was clean. Property outside was clean and safe. Good location. Overnight stay was quiet with no interruptions.

Extremely clean and nice! Bar and Restaurant was excellent and super friendly staff! Only thing I could possibly say negative was it was slow service to get food in the restaurant... however this didn't make much difference to me because it gave my friend and I time to chat at relax. Great place!

1/19/22 update. Management made an effort to reach out to me personally to address my concerns. We discussed the issues and I was accommodated. I cannot tell on this trip if there will be any improvement as promised, so I will give the hotel another chance to see if any changes are effectively implemented. As a result of the effort it took to reach me personally, I will change my prior one star review to three stars and look forward to seeing if that can go up on a future visit. 1/17/22 update. Talk about a bad check-in process. Apparently requests on reservations are meaningless since they are ignored. Requested a feather free room. Was told the request was not looked at and "we don't do feather free". Good thing there are other hotel options for my next visit to the area. Previous review: Breakfast was very inconsistent and the servers were not particularly friendly or efficient. Other than that, the people were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well maintained.

Encontrei este hotel no último minuto passando. Estacionamento foi difícil de encontrar. Encontré este hotel en el último minuto de paso. El estacionamiento fue difícil de encontrar. Cuando entras por primera vez en este lugar, se ve muy bien, sin embargo, si miras de cerca, todo podría necesitar una buena limpieza a fondo. Nuestras sábanas no habían sido cambiadas. En la cama se encontraron cabellos y un parche de nicotina sin usar. Llamé a la recepción para pedir ropa de cama nueva, dijo que enviaría a alguien de inmediato. Una hora más tarde, cuando regresamos, las sábanas aún no habían sido cambiadas. Llamé de nuevo y la recepción dijo que se olvidó. Luego trajo sábanas para que cambiáramos la cama. La habitación era tranquila y cómoda, solo necesitaba una buena limpieza. Además, el desayuno se paga por lo que quieras, lo cual estuvo bien, pero a través de mi investigación pensé que el desayuno era gratis. El gerente terminó dándonos a mi esposo y a mí cupones de desayuno gratis ya que teníamos sábanas sucias, lo cual fue muy agradable. Solo tenga en cuenta que el desayuno NO está incluido. Probablemente no me alojaría aquí de nuevo, pero estuvo bien solo por una noche.

Found this hotel last minute passing through. Parking was hard to find. When you first walk in this place looks very nice however if you look closely, everything could use a good thorough cleaning. Our sheets had not been changed. Hair and an unused nicotine patch were found in the bed. I called front desk to ask for new bedding, he said he would send someone right up. An hour later when we got back the sheets had still not been changed. I called again and front desk said he forgot. He then brought up sheets for us to change the bed. The room was quiet and comfortable, just needed a good cleaning. Also, the breakfast is pay for what you want which was fine but through my research I thought the breakfast was free. The manager did end up giving my husband and I free breakfast vouchers since we had dirty sheets which was very nice. Just be advised that breakfast is NOT included. Probably wouldn't stay here again, but it was fine for just one night.

El hotel es muy cómodo y acogedor. Realmente disfruté tener un keurig en la habitación (que algunos hoteles han eliminado debido a covid) y estaba encantado de que el gimnasio y la bañera de hidromasaje estuvieran abiertos. El único problema que tuve fue un problema con el agua caliente de la ducha. Supongo que esto fue un problema temporal único porque descubrí que habían tenido un problema con el calentador de agua de la bañera de hidromasaje esa mañana, pero lo habían solucionado antes de que bajara a usarlo. De lo contrario, el hotel era muy bonito y sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

O hotel é muito confortável e acolhedor. Eu realmente gostei de ter um keurig no quarto (que alguns hotéis removeram devido ao covid) e fiquei emocionado com o centro de fitness e a banheira de hidromassagem estavam abertos. O café da manhã (enquanto uma taxa separada do quarto) foi delicioso e com preços razoáveis. Todos os funcionários com quem interagi foram muito simpáticos. O único problema que eu realmente tive foi um problema com a água quente para o meu chuveiro. Presumo que tenha sido um problema temporário único, porque descobri que eles tiveram um problema com o aquecedor de água da banheira de hidromassagem naquela manhã, mas o resolvi antes de descer para usá-lo. Caso contrário, o hotel era muito bom e com certeza gostaria de ficar aqui novamente.

Impossível entrar em contato com o hotel por telefone. O café-da-manhã continental foi de US $ 4 para adultos e nº 3 para crianças. O quarto era limpo e os funcionários da recepção educados e prestativos enquanto lá eu simplesmente não conseguia contatá-los por telefone com perguntas antes da chegada.

It was impossible to contact the hotel by phone. The continental breakfast was $4 for adults and #3 for kids. The room was clean and the desk personnel polite and helpful while there I just could not contact them by phone with questions prior to arrival.

The hotel is very comfortable and cozy. I really enjoyed having a keurig in the room (which some hotels have removed due to covid) and was thrilled the fitness center and whirlpool were both open. The breakfast (while a separate charge from the room) was delicious and very reasonably priced. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. The only issue I really had was a problem with the hot water to my shower. I assume this was a one-off temporary issue because I found out they'd had an issue with the whirlpool water heater that morning but had fixed it before I went downstairs to use it. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice and I would definitely stay here again.

Me alojé en este hotel durante 6 días por un viaje de negocios y disfruté de mi estancia. La habitación era muy bonita y espaciosa. El hotel está situado en una zona muy conveniente, cerca de restaurantes y servicios. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Por 214,00 dólares la noche hubiera sido bueno poder dormir. Alguien decidió que necesitaban trabajar en la plomería durante toda la noche. Además, la bañera se llenaba de agua cuando me duchaba porque no se drenaba. Definitivamente no volveré a ir allí. No vale el dinero. Espero que esto sea útil.

Fiquei neste hotel por 6 dias para uma viagem de negócios e gostei da minha estadia. O quarto era muito bonito e espaçoso. O hotel está situado numa área muito conveniente, perto de restaurantes e amenidades. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa também. Eu absolutamente recomendaria este para quem procura uma estadia confortável.

Por 214 dólares por noite, teria sido bom poder dormir. Alguém decidiu que precisavam trabalhar no encanamento durante toda a noite. Além disso, a banheira se enchia de água quando eu tomava banho, porque não escoava. Definitivamente não vou lá novamente. Não vale o dinheiro. Espero que isso seja útil.

For 214.00 dollars a night it would have been nice to be able to sleep. Someone decided they needed to work on plumbing all through the night. Also the tub would fill up with water when I showered because it wouldn't drain. Definitely won't be going there again. Not worth the money. Hopefully this is helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days for a business trip and enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area, close to restaurants and amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
