“A recepção pessoal foram excelentes, mas tivemos alguns problemas. A primeira coisa foi um ruído estridente estridente vindo do elevador (estávamos no quarto ao lado). Chamado para obter uma mudança de quarto, eles acomodaram muito bem. O problema foi que, quando estávamos saindo do nosso antigo quarto para ir para o nosso novo quarto, encontramos outro hóspede que havia acabado de receber nosso quarto ... depois de passarmos algumas horas lá. Eu estou supondo que eles descobriram isso e que foi um acidente, mas foi um pouco desanimador. No nosso quarto ao lado, havia alguns cabelos deixados para trás no banheiro. E depois de correr a água por mais de 10 minutos, a água nunca ficou quente / morna, apenas gelada. Mais uma vez, a equipe da recepção foi muito gentil e prestativa, mas houve algumas coisas que apenas adicionaram para nós. Sou grato pela pessoa da recepção, Maggie, pois ela foi muito gentil e prestativa.”

“When it takes them over 4 hours to fix the beeping smoke alarm in your room and Maggie at the front desk gets an attitude with me for complaining at hr 4. The man that finally came to fix it said he had put a new battery in it earlier yet he didn't wait the minute to see if the problem was fixed. Picked this location for proximity to BWI Airport. Had to be up at 3:30 and couldn't get to bed at a decent hour due to the smoke alarm. Heaven forbid they'd offer you a differ room or a better attitude.”
