“Digital check in wasn't available so we had to stand in a line 6 guests deep waiting for a concierge to check us in. With 2 desks open and no signage that told you which to use only to have them tell us to go to the next desk when we got to the front. Had to leave our phone number at the front desk because they had no rooms ready for a list of about 10 people and no helpful estimate as to how long it would be. Good thing we got ready before we got to the hotel. We parked the car and walked to our dinner reservation in hopes that it would be ready by the time we got out. Well, it was, but it was terribly prepped. No regular coffee, sweeteners, hand soap, or washcloths. There was a dirty rocks glass left in our room and the bathroom floor was sticky. Also the bartender was nice, but didn't have any business being a bartender. One of us had to wait almost half an hour on an old fashioned which was on the bar list and she didn't know how to make. Would not recommend.”

“Rooms were adequate. clean and comfortable. Nothing exceptional but nothing to complain about. But the overall concept of this hotel is what we had to knock stars off for. It’s two Hilton properties in one building- sharing a front desk area. Neither desk is labeled. Neither elevator areas or entrances are labeled. And if you check in using the app then your digital keys don’t work with the doors closest to the parking lot. So much of the frustration could be avoided with simple signage and information available when booking and checking in via the app. And even without the app having signage or information in the rooms would go far in helping guests to have a comfortable stay.
Many of the reviews here mention rude staff. I got the sense from our conversations they too are frustrated by the confusing setup here and have offered solutions to management but were told they are not allowed to implement anything that might be helpful. It has got to be hard to do your job handling all these complaints when you aren’t allowed to do anything that might help a guest to have a better stay.
