“Very clean and modern with friendly staff. For a mid range chain hotel was very happy. Its modern, bright and the staff were friendly. Ten of us ate in the bar as restaurant full ..food all came up quickly and was decent. It might seem easy and expected but to just do a good burger and fries or fish and chips for £15 and it be bought up together and have no complaints is good. So often whether in a pub or chain restaurant it costs the earth for poor food, barely warm and badly served. Overall its a solid chain hotel doing what it should well - good for a business or family short stay and a short walk to the stadium. So the 5 stars are for what they do for this class of hotel ..i am sure there are other boutique, unique and more expensive 5* hotels but for this bracket all good. Small issue was water ran tepid peak time one morning but was fine all others. Muito limpo e moderno com funcionários simpáticos. Para um hotel de cadeia de gama média estava muito feliz. É moderno, luminoso e os funcionários foram simpáticos. Dez de nós comemos no bar como restaurante cheio. Pode parecer fácil e esperado, mas apenas fazer um bom hambúrguer com batatas fritas ou peixe com batatas fritas por £ 15 e ser comprado junto e sem reclamações é bom. Muitas vezes, seja em um pub ou em uma rede de restaurantes, custa a terra por comida ruim, mal quente e mal servida. No geral, é um hotel de rede sólida fazendo o que deveria - bom para uma estadia curta de negócios ou família e a uma curta caminhada do estádio. Portanto, as 5 estrelas são pelo que fazem para esta classe de hotel. O pequeno problema era que a água corria no horário de pico morno uma manhã, mas estava bem em todas as outras.”

“Hilton has never disappointed me. Although it was just a short stay for a night, we felt welcomed. Diego was the best of the best in the hotel, he managed to get us checked in within minutes. The rooms were great as well, overlooking the cricket ground. Well maintained throughout the entire property. The only downside is with the bed, it is relatively small compared to other Hilton's King size beds. Don't forget to bring your own slippers as they don't provide with any. It would be best to have some stock there and make it available upon request (maybe at a charge to cover the extra cost?). The staff at the breakfast lounge were great as well, helped me heated up my croissant, which makes it a wonderful day to start with. Will definitely be there again when I visit Manchester or Liverpool.”
