“Excellent place and location. Walkable to downtown activities and close to campus. I was attending a parents and family weekend. Restaurant and Starbucks on site. Dinner was good, but they offered dirty (not so clean/properly washed utensils). Got free water bottles at check-in. Only downside was that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.”

“I booked a Queen size bed, said they only had 2 twins and nothing they could do. Parking lot was full. Staff was incredibly rude from the people at the front desk to the “waiter” at the restaurant. No menus for prices, room service didn’t pick up, just got the check at the end of the meal. Room was really hot and wouldn’t cool down even set at 40. Bed was just awful, hard with scratchy sheets and small pillows. “Towels” the size of washcloths. TV that didn’t work- even when set to two like that said to do. For the price of the room (that we were over charged by $50) I expected more. Over charged then lied to about it, she said “I didn’t charge you that.” while I showed her that my credit card just said you did. Now I’m waiting to see if the charge comes off. Overall we chose this hotel for the location and next time I rather drive 10 minutes out of the way then stay at hotel that was such a disappointment.”
