Location is close to the airport. Our experience with the staff was just ok, nothing to write home about. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. It was extremely comfortable. Room was clean, spacious, and had the extras that were needed. We were not fans of the fact we had to pay $29/per night for both of our vehicles and that breakfast was not included in a room that was already $250/night. We would possibly stay at this location again, but only if a comparable hotel nearby doesn’t also charge for parking per night/per vehicle and have a fee for breakfast.

While I wouldn't describe this Hilton as the "luxury" hotel I once might have, it is still clean, comfortable, and entirely acceptable. My number-one desire in a hotel is for a comfortable bed, and theirs do not disappoint. They have returned to down pillows and comfortable mattresses, which has made a tremendous difference. If I can't sleep well while on the road, my entire trip is adversely affected. This hotel checks that box off the list for me. Some of the "extras" we used to receive, such as complimentary bottled water in the room, have gone away, but after all, many extras have disappeared during these times of pandemic and inflationary recession. I think this guest house does a nice job. Their connection (via skywalk) to the Stephens Convention Center and their 24-hour shuttles to O'Hare International Airport are both plus-factors.

Shuttle service quality is poor. Tried to use the shuttle to get picked up from the airport. Arrived at 4:50 and waited for the 5:15 shuttle which didn't come. The 5:45 shuttle did a slow roll across the pickup area and then immediately took off, preventing me from being able to get on. Front desk claimed I was supposed go call them first if I wanted to be picked up, but that is mentioned no where in the email explaining how the shuttle works, nor in the robot that answered that told me to just wait at the pickup area.

This was a great experience. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a wedding that was taking place at this hotel. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The front desk staff was friendly and personable. It was great having a restaurant right there as well as a Starbucks. Our room was clean and comfortable. The elevators and common areas were clean, well kept. The hotel is close to many things and has easy access to the highway and airport. The ballrooms were great too, a lot of room and the wait staff at the wedding reception were friendly and working hard to clear plates and refill drinks. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Incredible staff. Loved all interactions with the people working here. But the hotel is simply dated... Needs a renovation. Not worth $150 especially with breakfast not included. $190 total including breakfast. Friendly staff, quick shuttle, and newer fitness equipment made me consider 2 stars. The pool was locked by deadbolt the one night we were there so we couldn't use it. Fitness Center was shoved into 2 long storage closets with no water reloaded in the self serve stations. Breakfast buffet is only available on weekends when the hotel expects more income so overpriced menu only on weekdays. No refrigerator in the room. No bottles of water in the room except from front desk. And once again, the interior of the rooms and common areas need an update bad if they want to compete successfully in this price point. Hilton needs to audit this one and push ownership to invest in the property to update everything in order to keep the flag. And give the staff a raise for making this property seem better than it is!

The woman at the front desk was very professional and made sure i was taken care of. Her outstanding customer service was very much appreciated after a long day. Also the bartender was also fantastic.

Location was excellent, near attractions and public transportation. Had to pay for parking ($29/night). My phone worked poorly here and wifi is only available to Honors Club members. Housekeeping woke us up vacuuming at 7 am, and loud conferences woke us up again at 8.

Location By far the worst Hilton I've ever stayed un. Room was ridiculously hot and called front desk to complain because thermostat was locked. They actually sent a box fan ro room but the simple fact they knew this already and had box fans on property indicates
