Stayed here one night with my wife and two kids. When we arrived we were greeted by Alex. He was great! Courteous knowledgeable and fast. The room seemed dated but the lobby and the breakfast buffet were great. Levi’s stadium is 2 blocks away and an easy walk even with toddlers.

Great Location. Breakfast was good. My mediocre rating was due to their poor dinner accommodations. small menu, poor quality food, and high prices. After attending a trade show, it is nice to come back and have dinner at the hotel and not have to travel. It was a limited dinner menu and the burger was not real meat. the second night my steak bites were tough to chew and fries were cold. very expensive as well. The friendly cleaning people were the highlight of the stay. Night security guard was very helpful and friendly.

The lobby and first floor were really nice. It was pretty grand and had a lot of work spaces, plus a bar and restaurant which is always appreciated! The rooms left a bit to be desired though. They felt very aged, especially the bathroom which had an old tub and a shower curtain and definitely had some mildew stains at the seams of it. I found several long black hair strands amongst my towels and on the floor, which felt kind of gross. I had to extend my trip by a day and asked to get my room cleaned, which never happened. I inquired about it the following day and they just asked me what I needed, so I told them I needed some towels, tp, tissues, and coffee stuff - pods, creamer, etc. They asked me if I also needed water, to which I said yes. I never received the water nor the coffee stuff. The restaurant had some decent options for dinner, but their breakfast buffet left quite a lot to be desired. For $30 I expected a lot more than some cereal, fruit, yogurt containers, stale pastries, and some very basic hot options. It was basically the same breakfast that you'd get in any hotel that offers breakfast, just at a very premium price. They did have a Starbucks in the hotel as well, and I opted to go there for the rest of my stay. Overall it was a decent stay, but they definitely have a lot of room for improvements. Especially with regards to their service and breakfast.

One of my absolute favorite Hilton hotels, I’ve been coming here for years. It’s a home away from home for local business trips and taking my son to Great America. The atmosphere is just relaxing, never a hassle. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The staff is so friendly and attentive at all times. My son LOVES getting waters delivered by the ToDe robot! Alarm clock has wireless phone charger, The pool and the hot tub are such a retreat! Hot tub is working after covid-delayed repair parts (Oct 2022)! The coffee shop breakfast selection is great. Honors your daily food credit for Hilton Honors status, never an issue. Parking is easy and free.

I attended a professional meeting event over the course of 4 days here. The staff was perfect and friendly for everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The area offers some nice trails for my morning walk.

This hotel is really nice. They have great customer service. The parking is ample and free around the hotel. The rooms are. nice and comfortable. Located right near Great America of California and the 49ers stadium, it’s well place for fun times! The pool was nice, but the hot tub was out of service. The gym is well stocked and they always had towels.

The TV was outdated, kept having issues with the volume on the TV and remote. You have to unplug it over and over again just to adjust volume. The room was dark, felt dingy. The carpet was stained, would ask for housekeeping and never got it. The water pressure in the shower was really bad as well. The walls were not soundproofed and could constantly hear people in the hallway and next room over. The bed was way too soft and sinking. The key card reader on my door was not working but the great engineer Shawn helped me out greatly with the TV and my key card issue! The food was over priced, not very good, and you have very few options. Overall, I can't recommend this place and would encourage you to take your money elsewhere. I've stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels and this is the worst I've ever stayed at.

It has a fantastic location if you are going for Great America or Levi Stadium. The rooms were decent, cleaner than the place that leaves the light on. The hot tub was out of commission which was a damper. But overall a good quality stay.

This is perfectly located! It is part of the Rivermark Shopping Village. Great coffee spots, eateries, a nail salon, two banks, local library and a grocery. Hotel was nice and clean, we has a studio king suite and my parents had a king bedroom suite a couple of doors down. The cleaning staff was super helpful as we had toddler constantly making a mess and need the vacuum frequently. Front desk staff was welcoming and competent. I love be able to park on the second level of the parking deck as our room faced that direction and it was easy to see the car from our window. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold items and I love the variety of food. All around great stay!

This is an amazing hotel with the friendly staff. I usually stay at Hilton during my business travels. Every time I stay, I see smiling faces and friendly people. The rooms are great and always clean. The restaurant is good . If you need a place to stay especially for business, this is your address. The only thing that need to be taken care of is the vending machines on the floors. They are always out of stock but they are always working 24/7 making noise :)
