I recently stayed at this resort and I have to say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help us with our bags and show us around the property. Throughout our stay, every employee we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa. We both indulged in pedicures, which were absolutely fantastic. The nail technicians were friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. We also treated ourselves to massages and were blown away by how incredible they were. The therapists were very skilled and attentive to our needs, making sure that we were comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. Apart from the spa, the resort offered plenty of other amenities to keep us entertained. The pool was fantastic, with plenty of loungers to relax on, and the fitness center was well-equipped with everything we needed to keep up with our workouts. We also enjoyed exploring the hiking trails around the property and taking in the beautiful mountain views. Overall, our stay at this resort was absolutely wonderful. The level of service and attention to detail was exceptional, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We are already planning to come back in next March for the mountain bike festival and can't wait to experience this amazing resort again.

Hilton resort was nice. The staff was great and very friendly. The chef was awesome and so was his food. I was doing a road trip through Arizona but I would say Sedona was pretty pricey. The food at the restaurant was very good but very pricey. The drinks were very high. Just go to the grocery store and buy your own booze. 25 bucks for an old fashioned, $35 resort fee per day, and they even charge you $15 a day to park! Nickel and dime you every step of the way.

The facilities were well put together, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We had a fireplace in our suite with a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape. Bonnie checked us in and familiarized us with the amenities and grounds. I have never been more impressed with customer service at a hotel or resort. She was 10/10. The breakfast was delicious and outdoor igloo dining was hard to beat. There is a great gym / spa and plenty of hiking nearby. If you're looking for a romantic getaway or relaxing family fun, this is the place.

The property was nice and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Meals and cocktails were good. However, housekeeping was non-existent. They apparently only clean rooms every 3 days, and we checked out after the 3rd night. With 3 people in the room we ran out of shampoo, body wash, coffee, water bottles and full trash after 1 or 2 days. When I called to request housekeeping service they asked what I needed and they did bring it. However, you shouldn’t have to ask. I understand finding help is tough but at the very least they can bring a fresh box of supplies each morning. At over $500 a night this was NOT good value at all. The hotel industry has taken advantage of the “COVID rules” and is now on a money grab offering low level service.

Room is grimy and dated. Carpets are dirty. Definitely needs a soft goods refresh. Housekeeping is done every third day on longer stays, and that is apparent from the cleanliness of the room. Toilet runs, wet bar sink doesn't drain well. Room feels humid and muggy. For the price of a suite, I expected a cleaner room. Bed is comfortable and sheets are clean at least. Public areas are well kept and attractive. Location and views are excellent.

Overall the atmosphere and surroundings were great. Rooms were a good size but we got a room with mold on the bathroom ceiling. Told the front desk when we were heading out and they sent someone to, what looked like, paint over it. Nothing else was said or done. When dropping that kind money they should have done more, comp a night, points, free comps for food, free night at a later time, etc. Not just a oh sorry.. Not okay in my book. Questionable on returning due to that alone. Other service, bar, wait staff were great

Fiquei aqui em 2018 enquanto explorava a área do Grand Canyon e adorei. Eu tinha minha esposa, filha e sogros e era tudo o que esperávamos. O lobby e áreas de saudação eram grandes e limpos e os quartos eram surpreendentes. Alguns hotéis são todos lobby, mas este lugar realmente valeu a pena. A piscina era incrível e aberta o tempo todo. Parecia que durante o horário de pico eles também tinham comida lá fora. Eles ainda tinham poços de fogo e atividades para manter ocupados. Houve muitas vezes em que eu queria esquecer todo o resto e ficar lá o tempo todo. O serviço atendeu perfeitamente, nós realmente apenas utilizamos a recepção e o restaurante e ambos vieram sem queixas. Nossa estadia ocorreu em 2018 e ainda falamos em voltar lá algum tempo.

Stayed here in 2018 while exploring the greater Grand Canyon area and I loved it. I had my wife, daughter, and in-laws and it was everything we expected. The lobby and greeting areas were large and clean and the rooms were amazing. Some hotels are all lobby but this place really payed off. The pool was amazing and open all the time. It looked like during peak hours they have some food out there too. They even had fire pits and activities to keep occupied. There were many times where I wanted to forget everything else and just stay there the whole time. The service met perfect, we really only utilized the front desk and restaurant and both came with no complaints. Our stay occurred in 2018 and we still talk about going back there some time.

Minha mãe e eu ficamos 5 noites de 21 a 26 de abril e tivemos o tempo mais maravilhoso e mágico neste lindo resort. A equipe sabe como tratar seus hóspedes. O momento em que fizemos o check-in deu o tom com o Colin incrivelmente simpático e prestativo, outro destaque na recepção foi Allyn do Havaí. Kathy que faz parte do concierge também foi incrível e montamos três passeios de jipe rosa através dela. Kathy também nos arranjou o transporte de Zeus, que facilitou muito a locomoção. Nosso quarto King Suite tinha uma excelente vista de Bell Rock e era muito limpo. Em todos os lugares que fomos, fomos recebidos com sorrisos. Tomamos café da manhã todas as manhãs no Shadow Rock e às vezes jantamos e adoramos nossos garçons Jesus e Omar, embora todos fossem incríveis. No nosso último dia, tivemos massagens excepcionais no spa de Marsha e Sarah e, vindo de alguém que faz massagens duas vezes por mês em casa, essas massagens foram as melhores que já recebemos. My Mom and I stayed 5 nights from April 21st to April 26th and we had the most wonderful and magical time at this beautiful resort. The staff knows how to treat their guests. The moment we checked in set the tone with the incredibly friendly and helpful Colin, another stand out front desk was Allyn from Hawaii. Kathy who is part of the concierge was incredible as well and we set up three pink Jeep tours through her. Kathy also set us up with Zeus transportation, who made it so easy to get around. Our King Suite room had a great view of Bell Rock and was very clean. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiles. We ate breakfast every morning at the Shadow Rock and sometimes dinner and loved our waiters Jesus and Omar although all were awesome. On our last day we had exceptional massages at the spa from Marsha and Sarah and coming from someone who gets to massages twice a month back home these massages were the best we have ever received. Our experience could not have been any better and I can't wait to do it again! Thank you Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock!!

Sinceramente, adorei ficar neste hotel. Eu adorava acordar de manhã e sair para a varanda e admirar as mesas e respirar o ar fresco.Este hotel é na verdade um pouco ao sul de Sedona em um local chamado Oak Creek. Um morador de fora da cidade pode ter perdido isso enquanto procurava um hotel na área. Indo para Sedona requer cerca de 10 minutos de carro ao norte que não foi um problema enquanto estávamos lá. Durante as estações mais movimentadas, porém, pode ser um pouco mais um problema.Havia 4 de nós hospedados lá. Os quartos eram limpos e grandes o suficiente para que não nos sentíssemos apertados. O lobby tinha atividades para as crianças para mantê-los ocupados, e a piscina era limpa e bem conservada. Nunca tive problemas para encontrar uma vaga para estacionar.A comida era boa, as bebidas eram boas e o pátio era maravilhoso. Nada como tomar uma bebida perto do fogo e olhar para as estrelas em Sedona. O serviço de limpeza foi ótimo e a recepção foi muito útil.Eu amei este hotel e eu ficaria aqui novamente.4 em vez de 5 estrelas só porque eu não estava lá durante a alta temporada e realmente não sei como esse lugar funciona quando realmente testado com uma casa cheia.

En general un buen complejo con muchas comodidades. Realmente solo desayunamos en el resort, pero estuvo bien. Podría haber usado horas más largas en la piscina/bar en el patio. Prácticamente todos los invitados con los que hablé hicieron la misma declaración. Habría dado puntos de bonificación por el servicio junto a la piscina/patio, pero eso probablemente sea un problema de pandemia. Mi habitación era pequeña. Camas y TV... no hay espacio para una silla. Tenía un balcón ... literalmente, las sillas más incómodas en las que me he sentado. Usé almohadas para sentarme allí... solo para sentir un poco de espacio extra.El vestíbulo tenía una buena variedad de actividades familiares/niños:. Juegos de mesa gigantes, películas, etc.¿Iría de nuevo? Fuerte-tal vez. Buena ubicación para la base de senderismo y el servicio fue excelente.

No geral bom resort com muitas comodidades. Realmente só comemos o café da manhã no resort, mas era bom. Poderia ter utilizado mais horas de piscina/bar no pátio. Praticamente todos os convidados com quem conversei fizeram a mesma declaração. Teria dado pontos de bônus pelo serviço à beira da piscina / pátio, mas provavelmente são problemas de pandemia. Meu quarto era pequeno. Camas e uma TV... não há espaço para uma cadeira. Tinha uma varanda ... cadeiras literalmente mais desconfortáveis que eu sentei lá fora. Travesseiros usados para sentar lá fora ... apenas para sentir algum espaço extra.O lobby tinha uma boa variedade de atividades para a família/criança:. Jogos de mesa gigantes, filmes, etc.Eu iria novamente? Forte-talvez. Boa localização para caminhadas base e serviço foi ótimo.

Por US$ 832 por noite, eu esperaria um quarto limpo e atualizado. Este não foi o caso para o nosso quarto. As paredes estavam sujas e todas arranhadas / arranhadas, o banheiro / chuveiro estava duro (o melhor adjetivo que encontrei), o assento do vaso era nojento (parecia que eles tentaram limpá-lo com algo que arruinou o acabamento e estava todo tipo de golpe . Por US$ 832 por noite, eu esperava que o Hilton fosse capaz de substituir um assento de vaso sanitário seriamente danificado e retocar as paredes, no mínimo. O concierge foi legal e prestativo. A recepção foi amigável, mas definitivamente o fez não parecem se importar com a nossa estadia quando nos perguntaram como foi a nossa estadia. Duvido que nossos comentários tenham ido mais longe do que a senhora do check-out. nós quatro. Quando chegamos, havia apenas um pequeno frasco de xampu e um pequeno frasco de sabonete líquido. Novamente, por US$ 832 por noite, isso é pedir demais? Quer saber o que estamos pagando neste momento. Jantar no a propriedade era boa. A atmosfera era muito melhor do que a comida. As bebidas eram deliciosas ioso. Juan, nosso servidor, foi muito bom e muito gentil. S'mores na fogueira foi um deleite agradável. A área da piscina era agradável e o bar da piscina/churrasqueira também era bom. Grande atmosfera. Não consigo lembrar o nome do barman, mas ela foi encantadora e amigável. For $832 per night, I would expect a clean, updated room. This was not the case for our room. The walls were dirty and all banged/scuffed up, bathroom/shower was crusty (best adjective I could find), toilet seat was gross (looked like they tried to clean it with something that ruined the finish and it was all sorts of banged up. For $832 a night, I’d expect the Hilton to be able to afford to replace a badly damaged toilet seat and touch up the walls at the very least. The concierge was nice, helpful. The front desk was friendly, but definitely did not seem to care about our stay when we were asked how our stay was. Doubt our comments went any further than the check out lady. Housekeeping was put out by the fact that we asked for extra body wash, extra shampoo and an extra pillow for the four of us. When we arrived there was only one tiny bottle of shampoo and one tiny bottle of body wash. Again, for $832 per night, is that too much to ask? Wondering what we are paying for at this point. Dinner at the property was good. Atmosphere was much better than the food. Drinks were delicious. Juan, our server, was very good and very personable. S’mores by the fire pit was a nice treat. The pool area was nice and the pool bar/grill was also nice. Great atmosphere. Cant recall the bartender’s name but she was delightful and friendly. That’s was everything in a nutshell. Great atmosphere, restaurants. But the actual roomleft MUCH to be desired for the price.

Honestly, I loved staying at this hotel. I loved waking up in the morning and going out onto the balcony and taking in the mesas and breathing in the fresh air.This hotel is actually a little south of Sedona in a spot called Oak Creek. An out of towner may have missed that while searching for a hotel in the area. Going to Sedona requires about a 10 minute drive north which wasn't a problem while we were there. During busier seasons though may be a little more of an issue.There were 4 of us staying there. The rooms were clean and large enough that we didn't feel cramped. The lobby had activities for the kids to keep them busy, and the pool was clean and well kept. I never had a problem finding a parking spot.The food was good, the drinks were good, and the patio was wonderful. Nothing like having a drink by a fire and looking up at the stars in Sedona. The maid service was great and the front desk was very helpful.I loved this hotel and I would stay here again.4 instead of 5 stars just because I wasn't there during peak season and don't really know how this place operates when truly tested with a full house.

Overall good resort with plenty of amenities. Really only ate breakfast at the resort, but it was good. Could have used longer pool/patio bar hours. Virtually every guest I talked to made the same statement. Would have given bonus points for poolside/patio service, but that's probably pandemic issues. My room was small. Beds and a TV...no room for a chair. Had a balcony... literally most uncomfortable chairs I've sat in out there. Used pillows to sit out there...just to feel some extra space. Lobby had a good array of family/kid activities:. Giant table games, movies, etc. Would I go again? Strong-maybe. Good location for hiking base and service was great.

Ótimo lugar para um workshop, todos os funcionários do hotel foram muito gentis, meu quarto era limpo todos os dias, vistas e comodidades incríveis! (O mini-frigorífico realmente se encaixa na minha comida para viagem / sobras). Café da manhã não incluso, mas vale o preço! Adorei os funcionários da loja de presentes, gostaria de lembrar os nomes de todos, mas gostei muito da minha experiência lá! Considerará reserva novamente se eu estiver de volta na área de Sedona! Hotel bem conservado com conforto como o tema principal. A lareira na sala é tão reconfortante durante os meses de inverno. A equipe não poderia ser mais útil! Eles atenderam todas as nossas necessidades. Normalmente não é uma pessoa carente, mas desta vez eu estava viajando com minha mãe que precisava de uma cadeira de rodas. Great place for a workshop, all of the hotel employees were very kind, my room was cleaned everyday, amazing views and amenities! (The mini fridge actually fit my takeout/leftovers). Breakfast not included but worth the price! I loved the gift shop employees, I wish I could remember everyone's names but I really enjoyed my experience there! Will consider booking again if I am ever back in the Sedona area! Thank you again!

Las vistas del hotel son maravillosas, no se olvidan. Los cuartos son muy largos y modernos. Nosotros tuvimos un cuarto con hogar y terraza, fantástico para tomar algo en frente de la naturaleza. El hotel es muy tranquilo y vas a dormir muy bien.
