“We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in May 2022. Our room had a river view, all the usual amenities (tea, coffee, etc.) and air-conditioning. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke fluent English. In particular the concierge staff offered help and advice on many occasions making our stay even more comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as somewhere to stay.”

“Giving 1 star as I cannot give 0. The room was very nice and the location is what it is, but all the rest....
I mean my fiancee literally found glass in his apple strudel... When notified the server offered to swap the dessert to a different kind. Given we refused he offered us our two desserts but when we asked for some proof in case there was a medical issue after, he simply refused, took the plates away and wished us good bye....
The check in was also a disaster. The lady was polite but could not have given less information. Real handy when you come for the first time.
Finally, out of the 3 meals we had, an item was forgotten every time.
I've known of Hilton's before as a standard however this one falls well and truly below the Hilton standard. I would recommend staying elsewhere if possible.”
