“I was in the process of booking a room for New Years. I called the hotel on 12/12/2021 at approximately 1:30 am and spoke to a woman who told me that her name was “Louisiana”. I asked her a question about the amenities that were listed on the website and she told me that she didn’t understand my question and hung up on me. This told me a lot about what to expect if I continued my New Years reservation. I’m glad that I called prior to finalizing my booking. I reserved with another hotel with much better customer service.”

“I was very disappointed in my stay at this hotel. No where on the site or in the description was anything mentioned that there was only valet parking and that there was a cost to park. Also, there is a very limited parking so if the garage is full there are no accommodations that the hotel will make for you and there are no public garages near by. The gentleman that was in charge of parking told us there was no parking spaces left in the garage even though we saw plenty of open spaces. Being in the service industry, the person that you first see when you enter a business represents the first impression that an individual has of the company. That first impression was not good. The gentleman was very rude and not helpful when we were speaking with him. Next, the room was uncomfortable. The a/c in the room was not working correctly. We put the temperature down to make the room cooler and the temperature in the room did change. Also, we woke up in the morning with our fridge leaking which caused a puddle in the middle of the room. Called front desk to explain the situation and nothing was done. Stayed in the same warm room again a second night with again the fridge leaking. Working at a hotel, I would expect for the front desk staff to be friendly but I'm not sure what was going on as the conversation and responses from the front desk was very short and they seemed like they did not want to be bothered. I will never recommend someone stay at this hotel. There are better options.”
