“DO NOT BOOK HERE! They made us stay in the lobby for 6 hours about 10 families, even though the rooms were clean and ready! The lady at the front desk wanted to charge everyone a 75$ early check in fee. We got off carnival cruise ship came here and it was the worse choice, go next door to Ramada, or Wyndham. No one was sitting around there and no one had fo pay a fee more than the price of their room! Terrible customer service! People are sleeping all on the floors and only two couches here in the seating area and if you cancel you will not get a dime back! Just terrible”

“Absolutely disgusting hotel, with a terrible staff. I should have never even checked in here. The guy at the front desk was rude when I called to ask for the hotel shuttle. When I got here, literally part of the lobby ceiling had fallen in with a leak and nobody seemed to be doing anything about it or care about it except put up a caution sign. There was literally a door with no handle on it that people were living in. The carpets were disgusting. There was hair and dirt in the bathrooms/rooms from previous tenants. I waited for my friend to show up meanwhile booking another hotel. I wasn’t there very long and said I wouldn’t stay the night due to condition and Jose at the front desk couldn’t be more rude and wouldn’t refund me.”
