A great location near Chicago's Magnificent Mile sets the scene for four impressive restaurants two lounges and plush rooms at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. “I didn’t stay for the hotel but came here for my prom at the banquet hall. The experience was great but our waitress could’ve been better. We got no water refills and when we kept asking they said okay and never did. We got a chicken entree with this interesting Mac and cheese. The appearance was great but the food had no flavor and the chicken was pink. I didn’t eat half of my food and I felt so sick after it. I’ve expected better but I hope this isn’t recurring for individuals attending the banquet. If I could give a 3.5 that would be my final choice.”

“I stayed here this past Saturday and don’t have any major complaints. The city view room was beautiful (although I would have preferred staying on a higher floor). The service from the time we pulled in was good. The inside of the hotel was clean and very nice.
The price was extreme but I won’t complain. The bar area was nice (even though I didn’t get a chance to go over and get a drink). They had a store inside that had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and everything we did was in walking distance for the most part. We took Lyft for everything that wasn’t.
I highly recommend and will be back”
