“I stayed here for 3 nights in mid-November and really enjoyed it. My room was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. Breakfast was excellent and I had dinner 2 nights in the restaurant which was also excellent. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again when I visit Porto.”

“If only there was a 4.5 rating possible. Fresh roses in the room are a nice touch, but for a good night of sleep during the construction period, we’ll recommend a room to the back and not the front. Staff is friendly and helpful, but the property itself is rather dated compared to other 5 stars in historic settings in the city center. Bar’s a destination, the restaurant offers a rather eclectic menu: side of sauerkraut?”
