“Buena experiencia en este hotel. Las habitaciones están bien, el personal muy amable y atento, la playa y la piscina están genial. Muy agradablemente sorprendido por la comida. Es un poco ruidoso al principio de la noche, por la proximidad a la zona de fiesta, pero no tuvimos problemas para dormir. Lo recomiendo.”

“They really need to understand better hospitality in a bigger way.The service is great, employeestry hard to keep you entertain and give you good service.The installations are not so great.My room looked like late 1980’s room. Two elevators were not working and only one elevator that used to be for the staff was working.I feel for the people that were working there because it was used very heavily for the guests.In other hotels that I have stayed because COVID, the rooms don’t get cleaned unless you state that you want them to be cleaned.Here they cleaned it everyday.Although is good, they do take forever to have it cleaned and is risky to have all employees clean all rooms even if you stay two -three days. The towels and beds look old. Beds are not very comfortable but looked cleaned.AC worked very good. Bathroom very old too.”
