“Al personal le falta mucho brindarse al servicio. Te niegan cosas, tardan varias horas en darte las habitaciones. Tienes que resolver con la gerencia para que seas atendido. Las instalaciones estan bien.”

“I am staying right now at this hotel, been here 4 nights and leaving tomorrow. Points to improve:
1. Food is really bad, have to go outside to get something decent. I only have breakfast, Thanks God.
2. The beach has big waves with strong currents that pull you into the ocean, not nice to swim around.
3. Music is very loud and parties last longer than 10:00pm, I am a quiet person myself
The good points:
1. You get great service from the people. Be nice to them, give them a tip and they will be very helpful.
2. The hotel is old but they work hard to maintain. Had a failure on the AC controller and they replace it in 3 hours, not bad for Mexico.
3. Large pools, very well maintained.
4. Great view of the beach from your room.”
