“Great hotel with amazing service. We stayed over the new years and they helped us with everything from transportation advice to restaurant recommendations. They were always friendly and patient, they helped us book taxis, day trips, spa appointments and the provided us with tea kettle, iron and more upon request. Furthermore it was very clean, quite and a great location.”

“This is a terrible hotel and there are a multitude of reasons why. The rooms are small and clearly showing their age. Cleanliness seems poor, with a huge stain being apparent on the carpet of our room. Pieces of door handle etc also looked like they were ready to fall off.
Cleaning was also poor, with the maids doing the bare minimum possible.
Rooms do not come with a kettle, so this has to be requested.
Reception staff are warm and welcoming though. We appreciated being given a late check out when my wife was ill. However, the security guard outside the door is not welcoming. He attempted to move me on while I was checking my phone for directions when standing immediately outside the doors, obviously mistaking me for someone else even though I'd walked past him a few moments before.
The hotel is also in a rougher part of town so not a great place to come and go from.”
