“El estacionamiento es de la plaza y el hotel solo da el 50% de descuento, deberían buscar una alternativa porque es muy caro. El hotel está muy bonito y muy moderno. Mi única queja del diseño es que la habitación es muy oscura en la noche, le falta mayor iluminación, sobre todo en el área del closet.”

“Great hotel, poor room service (in my experience). Everything the hotel advertises is perfectly up to par. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay so far and the location is amazing. However, we ordered room service Monday morning around 12:00am with a 30 minute turn around time. It’s been about 1 hour later and no food. No confirmation on the order, either.
But again, the entire experience has been extremely pleasant and I would consider staying here again if I ever travel back to the city!
Update: over 2 hours for 2 entrees. Terrible service.”
