Excelente Hotel, café da manhã excepcional, restaurante fantástico

Muito bom o Hotel é o atendimento!!

Gosto muito da Rede NH e já me hospedei em algumas unidades Argentina e no México. O quarto possui tudo que eu preciso, boa conexão de WiFi, welcome drink na recepção, cafe da manhã incrível e com opções fitness, leites variados, isso sem contar os queijos especiais. Experimentei também uma sangria maravilhosa. Valeu a experiência nesta unidade do NH

Excelente estadia, quarto muito bom, amplo, vista incrível da cidade do México, café da manhã com muita variedade, serviço impecável.

La habitaciones necesitan de mantenimiento por uso, las paredes de madera todas rayadas. Servicio de vallet muy lento.

Esta muy bien ubicado el hotel, el lobby y terraza son de diez, sin embargo ya por dentro, el pasillo de las habitaciones no concuerda con el resto del hotel, ya le hace falta una muy buena remodelacion y un cambio de iluminación. En la habitación gozas de una buena vista y un buen espacio, pero igual comienzas a ver los detalles en el mobilario además de que las paredes son muy delgadas, ya que te deja escuchar todo lo que sucede en la habitación de a lado por ejemplo los vecinos estaban en lo suyo haciendo mucho ruido y mi esposo y yo hicimos un par de comentarios (hablados, no gritados) y también nos alcanzaron a escuchar, así que eso te da una sensación de muy poca privacidad.

Correu tudo de maneira muito satisfatoria.

Terrible experiencia , saber que la camarista reviso todas mis pertenencias y decidio quedarse con algunas , no es un hotel seguro y me duele mucho que se quedo con cosas que no tiene idea del valor que tenian PARA MI , en fin , me dejo muy mala experiencia la falta de privacidad y seguridad ☹️☹️

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es cómodo pero la limpieza es mala. Los muebles de la habitación tenían mucho polvo. buena atencion

Hotel cansado , decidí ordenar desayuno a la habitación , ups error , frío malo en verdad puedes encontrar otras opciones , empieza verse ya viejo y acabado los pasillos ya no son los mismos !! Recepción triste , un lobby sobrio en fin , busca otras opciones

Me quedé en el NH Collection Santa Fe desde el 30/12/2021 hasta el 9/01/2022. Antes que dana destaco que el personal fue siempre educado, servicial y dispuesto, pero eso no fue suficiente para compensar nuestro malestar. e hecho ni se gastaron en tener un gesto para compensarnos. Yo fui con mi marido y mi hijo de 1 año. El tema fue así: en la primera habitación que nos queamos no funcionaba la calefacción, entonces al día siguiente pido que la verifiquen (era 31 de diciembre), vienen de mantenimiento dicen que ya está arreglada, me la dejan funcionando para que cuendo llegue el cuarto esté agradable. LLegamos en la noche del 31 y seguía frío, osea no se había arregaldo. Como fueron 2 noches de frío mi bebe se resfrió, tuvo fiebre y terminamos en el ABC gastando una fortuna para que lo vea un pediatra. Vuelvo a quejarme y nos cambian a otra habitación, en esta resulta que el aire fio/calor también funcionaba mal. A todo esto le pido que compensen nuestro malestra y me aseguran que la habitación nueva (421) era mas un upgrade porque era más amplia: FALSO era idéntica a la anterior. En esta nueva el aire calentaba hasta 32 grados y luego tiraba aire helado para compensar, lo cual era una locuara porque pasabamos de respirar aire caliente a helado en segundos. Vuelvo a llamar (tercera vez que me quejo!) efectivamente funcionaba mal, vienen nos cambian el display del aire y finalmente lo arrgelan. Para esto fueron 3 noches malas: 2 de frío y una de temperaturas "bi-polares". En el interín pido 1 cafetera nespresso. La pedí 4 veces (en el trancurso de 2 días casi) hasta que vino, cuando llegó NO funcionaba, nos la cambiaron. Esto de las Nespresso le pasó tambien a dos habitaciones de parejas que fueron con nosotros.Qué me molestó más? Haber pagado lo mismo que los otros huéspedes y haberlo pasado mal 3 noches, con la incomodidad de tener que haberme mudado de cuarto ni bien llegué y que eso haya enfermado a mi bebé fue lo que me hizo poner peor!!! mi hijo mal y días perdidos por su culpa y jamás se les ocurrió, aunque se los insinué, compensarlo con desayunos de cortesía o bonificarnos parte de la tarifa de esas noches. No se les ocurre nada.Baño: el baño es una cosa rara. Básicamente es un habitáculo de vidrio semi transparente que no tiene casi intimidad para nada. Por ejemplo si ne la mitad de la noche uno se levanta para ir al baño y prende la luz puede despertar al que duerme porque se tranluce toda la luz. Le faltaba el gancho para las toallas a nuestro baño.Cuna del bebe: horrible! ni bebe de 1 año no pudo domir en esa cuna de madera super angosta que dan, realmente no sirve para bebe de 1 año es nínima y toda floja parecía que se iba a dearmar. Tuve que pedir prestada una Pack and Play.Mantenimiento general del hotel: deja bastante que desar. Puertas falseadas, ganchos de baño para colgar toallas faltante, calefacción defectuosa en 2 habitaciones, malas cunas, etc.Mi balance es pésimo y no volveré! una lástima que no hayan cuidado el hotel y peor: que no sepan cuidar la experiencia del cliente.

La zona es excelente .El aseo en la parte de la ducha es inexistente . Las ventanas de los Baños sucias de hace rato. La habitación cómoda y la cama agradable . El hotel no tiene zonas de esparcimiento es solo para venir dormir y hacer las actividades fuera del mismo . La atención es muy buena .

Love the hotel! Breakfast was amazing, literally the best I had in years. Service and staff are just perfect: professional, fast, organized. COVID measurements are over the hill: I felt so safe during my stay! Next my visit to Mexico City will be definitely staying there.

Great affordable clean minimal hotel in Santa Fe. For the price, it is a great hotel for clean rooms, modern decor. The things that you might like to be aware of are: 1. Reception can be slow 2. Almost all rooms on our floor were joining rooms so you can hear very well the conversations of your neighbours 3. Only 1 small bottle of water in room 4. No tissue or tea/coffee in room 5. Walking to mall is possible but very pedestrian UNFRIENDLY here in Mexico 6. To get water from 7-11 in the opposite side of the busy road in a building to your right after exiting the hotel is quite challenging (not to get run over)

Very slow check-in! Please improve it. Other problems included the lack of complimentary bottled-water and that the A/C wasn’t working until someone checked it for the third time and fixed it. However, aside from the issues, the nightly rate was very convenient (1,800 mxn) and included complimentary breakfast and late check-out. Parking available for 110 mxn/daily. Staff was nice and friendly. Very clean rooms. Room service was good.

The hotel isn't bad and isn't great. The rooms are just fine, the beds are okay, I don't like the shower/restroom design, it's a little weird and lacks some basic things like places to hang stuff from. Room service is mediocre at best. Breakfast is okay but expensive. Otherwise, location wise it's great if you're looking at staying in Santa Fe, with several walking distance options to eat.

We stayed here 4 years ago and when our travels brought us to col santa fe in cdmx and we thought we would come back. The staff is friendly and the brunch really very nice, with cooked to order entree items. The hotel was very quiet, bedding, towels and amenities fine. With the dollar as high as it is against the peso our stay was an excellent bargain. However....this property is in very bad need of refreshing. The lite fixtures dangle, the faux wood floor has separated to the point when the underlayment shows thru, paint is bad, refrigerator did not work (it was replaced), ugly non professional caulking around the fixtures in the bathroom. Tawdry thruout. Too bad really as great location and price. If u can overlook a property that has been rode hard and put up wet fine. Other than than just very nice.

I've stayed here for a number of 1 week stays recently and my experience has always been positive. The rooms, the restaurant, and the staff are all consistently excellent. The staff goes above and beyond other hotels to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. I want to specifically name Carlos Gutierrez at the reception desk. Carlos is attentive and effective in his customer service from check-in to check-out and is a big reason for the overall positive experience I have during each stay.

Great views, good location. Huge mall nearby, Starbucks in front and several restaurants next to Hotel. Rooms are well equipped and large. Clean. Good service. Breakfast could be more diverse. Air conditioning not controlled well (cold air although set to warm, when it's 11 degrees outside). One elevator broken for a whole week.
