“No hay agua caliente en los dos días que llevo hospedado
Hay goteras dentro del hotel
El desayuno que prometen no está a tiempo y casi no hay nada
La gente de recepción es muy grosera y no hacen nada por atender las solicitudes de los clientes
Falla el aire acondicionado todo el tiempo
Y el wifi es lo más lento que he visto en toda Roma
!!! Nunca vengan !!!
Es lo peor que tiene Roma La grandeza de un hotel y se su Gerente es resolver olmos problemas lo más rápido posible y no dejando al cliente a la deriva sin agua caliente y con goteras dentro del hotel El personal no te atiende ni le importa nada el cliente Que decepción y que lastima que se sientan una gran cadena hotelera , cuando están al nivel de un hostal.”
