“The biggest mistake was to book this hotel for several days at once. Loud music from the restaurant-nightclub on the 7th floor every day. Every day party… And there is no information about this club (named Bamboo) on the official site of the hotel. It is impossible to rest or work in the hotel. The staff just shrug. There is no service in the lobby bar, they bring the menu and no longer return to accept the order. I waited twice without success for the service for half an hour, after which I left. The spa above the pool has broken light bulbs that are constantly flickering. Spa towels look like hundred year old rags. Breakfast has stale food. Everything is expensive and people pay for a 5 star hotel. But in fact, this is one big shame. This hotel ruins the reputation of the entire radisson hotel group. The most terrible experience ever.”
