This hotel has big rooms. The huge balcony could have some furniture to seat and enjoy the space. Good shower.

I would like to thank all staff at the Ramada Plaza Milano for their wonderful hospitality. Upon arrival on a short first time visit to Milan I was greeted by three wonderful receptionist, Ludovica, Federica, and Marina. I arrived early from New York before check in time and was given an upgrade, immediately I felt welcomed and extremely happy I chose the hotel. As a General Manager for a hotel myself I understand how important first impressions can be. The young ladies were friendly and eager to accommodate. I was given a wonderful room with a large balcony and view. Throughout our stayed every staff member we encountered were just as pleasant and charming, from the bartenders to the morning breakfast staff. Hotels location was great as well, a short train ride to the city center and all major attractions, located in a quaint neighborhood. Lastly I would really like to thank everyone at the Ramada Plaza Milano for making me and my girlfriend first time in Milan amazing. Keep up the great work! Bryan A.

I will say that is an excellent 3 star not 4, cleanliness is on point, really friendly staff and amazing room but for a 4 star I will expect something more as location or arrival pack for guest that include just toiletries and towels. They have a bar on site that is really good but close really early around 22.30 night. Position is ok, you need to have a car or walk to the tube station for around 8 minutes and different stops to go to the center, they have facilities like spa and gym, restaurant that is extremely expensive.. Overall was a great stay I think is more suitable for business meetings and a relax stay without many plans to see the city center

The hotel was well located, a short walk to the tube station. Quite area, good for families with children as the apartments had kitchen and separate living room. A nice street marked right outside the hotel on Wednesday’s. However, the apartment building C had a smell (closed air/mouldy smell) these flats needs to be properly aired. Also the kitchen was dirty when we arrived. Needs a deep cleaning of the flats. Our clothes and luggage smelled for days due to the strong smell in the flat. Not ideal.

We arrived to the hotel at around 12am and checked in. In the first room, the bed had no headboard and we were told 'thats the style' but every other room had a headboard? We were so tired at this...
