“Absolutely loved this hotel and the amazing people who work there. Booked a two week stay here which quickly turned into a nightmare when just a day into our holiday, my Mum got Covid (just to be clear, this was NOT from the hotel). The ladies that work in guest relations were such a support and an absolute pleasure to converse with. We got a gorgeous fruit bowl the next day, a lovely surprise. Thank you! The staff couldn’t do enough to help us and ensure we were comfortable. I felt so alone at times but everyone was approachable and never made me feel like I was a burden, no matter how busy they were. Anything we needed, they were only on the other end of the phone.Thank you everyone. ❤️ The hotel The room was a delight to stay in. Very well equipped and nicely designed. The house keeping team couldn’t do enough to assist as well. They’re always available which is really impressive. The pillows were uncomfortable but the pillow menu helps. The restaurant has a good choice of food with friendly but professional staff. The head chef was extremely accommodating with my mums specific dietary requirements. He went over and above any expectations I had, thank you so much Chef! The view from our room was nice but it was amazing after our upgrade. Bibin is such a genuine person, a fantastic manager who leads a wonderful team. Thank you Bibin. 🙏🏽 Everyone showed genuine concern and rallied round to do what they could to make our stay enjoyable. Mum recovered during the second week of our stay and we managed to have a vacation together. Thank you so much for everything you all did to make our holiday a memorable experience. We will never forget our time there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rixos Premium JBR and I’d love to stay here again.”
