“I really hoped this was a gem and it could be..just not yet. I heard (not personally confirmed) that it's a fairly new establishment and they still need to figure out some things. The atmosphere is beautiful with the designs and large clean shared spaces. Plus it's a short walk to the main plaza. I stayed here multiple times between multi-day excursions/tours. By the end of my time in Cusco, I wanted something nicer and moved to a different place.The issues: My room wasn't cleaned every day. The outlets on two beds weren't working and I told the staff more than once. The heater didn't work in that room either. The electricity went out multiple times. There was no communication that there wasn't going to be water during certain hours so if you used the toilet during those hours, it wouldn't flush. Staff weren't aligned on their knowledge and gave different answers. They couldn't provide my deposit back because they didn't have cash at one point.While the woman, manager I believe, with long dark hair and glasses is so friendly, so helpful, and nice - perfect customer service... one of the late night staff members with multi coloured hair was horrible and inconsistent.Overall, if the operations and overall staff improves, then I would recommend this place.”
