“This was the best hotel experience of my life - coming from someone that’s been to over 10-15 countries and who’s stayed in countless hotels. Every person in the resort was excellent at customer service, special shout outs to Omar (concierge) and abdulrahaman (bartender) who went above and beyond at every opportunity. The sights are amazing - watched the sunrise a few times and that was beautiful (hit up the swing set at 4:30 am if you want your life changed), the pools and the rooms are very clean and are built in an elegant and exceptional way. Could not recommend this place any more. If you’re in Egypt (or even if you’re not), this place is a must!”

“Resort (10/10): it was so beautiful that we wish we had more time to enjoy it.😊 Rooms (10/10): the rooms were nice and had everything we needed. Service and staff (10/10): nothing short of amazing, I'd like to thank them for making our stay really special 👌 Food (2/10) : I'm surprised no one commented about this before so we might be unlucky but the food was very very disappointing... We tried the breakfast buffet and room service .... And the food was inedible (i.e pizza was doughy and burger was very dry) .... definitely wouldn't recommend it 👎 😔”
