Breathtaking views of the Nashville skyline are available at the Skye bar on the top floor. The library lounge is also a good place for a quick drink and bite to eat. I was here on a business conference for three nights. The rooms are nice but not overly accommodating. The lack of a mini fridge and microwave really bothered me. Considering it is a four star hotel and you pay $60 per night to park there. The motel 6 by me has mini fridges. Combine that with the outrageously high prices of the items sold at the hotel store and it’s enough to make you scream. I have stayed in three star hotels that were much better as far as convenience for the customer. Good hotel just be ready to rin to the ice machine a few times per day. And don’t expect to have leftovers from that expensive steakhouse to eat the next day. No way to store it..

The hotel is absolutely breathtaking! Great experience from start to finish! I had some issues on my Marriott app, my customer service rep was Jaela, she was AMAZING! Helpful & very courteous! She didn’t hesitate to help with anything I mentioned & did so in a timely manner. Will definitely be back soon. 10/10!

We had a good experience here. Stayed for 5 nights with the family and another Family. I can say that both of us had no issues with our rooms. Everything was great, employees were nice and friendly. Awesome looking lobby very unique hotel inside. Rooms were clean- I was nervous to stay after reading some of these reviews but I can say we had zero issues. Great stay

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand for a work trip. Room was great and I received fantastic customer service. On top of that, after returning home, I realized I could not find a gold necklace in my bag and called the hotel’s Lost and Found. Mariano from the lost and found team immediately went looking for it, found it, and shipped it to me the exact same day! I am so incredibly thankful for his help and for the entire staff’s commitment to my having a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Sheraton Grand!

Building location is good. Small lobby but nice elevator. This branch does not look to have Sheraton standards. Body wash bottle is empty, old bathroom, the shower needs to be changed, Staff doesn't give the feeling of being welcomed. Not the cleanest hotel (coffee spots on floor, sheets has red spot on it). I booked a room with parking spot (car stay free), I couldn't find my way easy so I used valet parking, they ended up charging me for both! I will not rebook in this one and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. This is a not a cheap place so I advice u to look where else

The hotel itself if perfectly fine. No complaints at all. However the staff made it amazing! Melissa at the front door was beyond excellent! The hotel is a few blocks from downtown, easily walkable, however they have a shuttle. The shuttle driver Mike literally was the best! He gave us his number and we called when we needed a ride and he was all over it! Awesome!

Great location within walking distance to all the spots in Downtown Nashville! The hotel even had hot cocoa for guests coming in from the cold! Only reason why it’s not 5 stars because there really isn’t a restaurant. This hotel has been renovated and the views are nice from the room. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous hotel Ms. Laurie at the front desk at check-in is/was exceptional and warm hearted and went over the top to make sure we were good. I need to find all the positive adjectives to say about her. My coworkers and I had a horrible day but she ended our night on a positive note. Ms. Laurie needs a raise. She is fabulous!!!!

Wonderful place, great location. 42 dollars to valet and 38 plus tax 41.61. Little surprising, considering 200.00 for a room. No refrigerator or microwave. Service was great. Very clean.

The staff was really great. The parking fee is ridiculous (43 bucks). So be prepared to pay up. Also, there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room? I found that odd. But the decor was nice. Clean, upscale. Shuttle that ran-but was not on a convenient schedule. At one point it took 20 min for it to come around. Overall, it was really nice.

There was a recent renovation that is pretty nice. The lobby has a grand modern feel. The property is not directly on Broadway where all the action is. More like a 10-15 min walk (or a 5 min Byrd...

Disappointed. Had a wonderful view of people sleeping in the streets. Almost $50 just to park at the hotel because that fee is not included nor discounted if you stay there. No fridge in the room...
