“Room did not get cleaned as asked.
We were charged full resort amenity fees even though almost no amenities were available. We were told we had to make reservations to use pool (3 times tried but not available) no beach supplies were available, room supplies were not restocked. We were staying here for work, but obviously WE ARE NOY ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!”
