“We had a wonderful going away party kickoff of cocktails and appetizers here before dinner on the river. Drinks and food were great. Service was exceptional and the scenery from this viewpoint is unbeatable. A great place for a date, after work drinks and exceptional place to show off our beautiful Slovannah!”

“If I could give this hotel a 0 star I would! The supervisor for the hotel is super rude and needs to take a course in customer service! My husband and I were there celebrating our 10 year anniversary and was told the roof top bar was the best so we get into the hotel and we are waiting to go up and literally we let some other guests go in front of us and so then the bar got to capacity and the supervisor said that we had to wait in a line so we sat in the lobby by the front door where the line starts and so my husband asked when are we going to know if we can go up and she tells us oh well you have to go to the back of the line now. So then she had to go outside to valet to make sure the valet people saw us come into the lobby like really!! Could’ve been handled a lot better than it was.”
