“I didn’t actually get to stay at the Hotel but their customer service is absolutely awful. I had made a reservation with them on a Saturday night and had to cancel 1:00am (technically the next day). According to their policy I could not get a refund. However, when I first called to cancel the reservation the attendant did not me inform me of that, which is also against their policy. I was out over $200 for a room I had only reserved for all of 4-5hours and did not get to stay in. They were unwilling to give a refund or even allow a credit for a later stay. I’m sure the hotel is a nice visit as long as other things don’t pop up in your plans because they will not help you.”

“Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly staff at check in. We checked in at midnight last night, and even after a busy line the individual was so nice and informative of all the nice features in the room.
We stayed after the races, so checked in late and only could enjoy the room for a quick sleep but was for sure 5 star.
Loved our stay, will go back when we have more time to check out the town. Nice restaurants surrounding the hotel.
My only complaint was the screaming baby or toddler next door for an hour in the morning 😴. Not the hotels fault at all but parents after 15 minutes for an hour the screaming /cry it out method in a hotel at 7AM is not very friendly. Especially in a nice hotel. Our 4 year old even complained. Lol.”
