“Tudo é muito bom, só o quarto que deixou a desejar. A cama era menor que uma cama de casal padrão entao eu e minha esposa ficamos bem apertados, não atrapalou a noite de sono mas pelo padrão do hotel a cama ficou abaixo. O ar condicionado também estava travado em 18 graus e como não tinha cobertor no quarto tivemos que pedir. Os que foram entregues eram mikto finos então tivemos que escolher entre dormir com ar ligado passando frio ou desligar e dormir passando calor. No meu frigobar também deveria ter cerveja e não tinha, disseram que seria recarregado a cada dois dias mas so fiquei dois dias então...Toda a parte do all inclusive estava otimo e não tinham filas grandes como imaginei”

It’s rated as one of the worst resorts in the world on other websites. Those websites listen to them. We didn’t listen to reviews and had a terrible time at the grand oasis. Nothing is grand about this place to start off with. Food terrible no flavor. Beach dirty. Pool dirty. Rooms filled with bugs. One room didn’t even have air conditioning and they put us in there! That’s uncalled for we had to be placed into three different rooms because of the bugs and then the air conditioning in the second room was broken! I already know I’m getting this response by management: “Thank you very much for taking the time to share comments about our establishment, thank you for letting us know the inconveniences you had so we can enforce and improve the service, as your comfort and satisfaction are really important to us.

Also if you don’t speak Spanish don’t come here cause that’s all they speak when other resorts and restaurants were speaking perfect English. Do better Grand Oasis….”

Não tive problema algum com o check-in e nem check-out, foi bem rápido, fui bem atendida , vários restaurantes e comida boa ! O único problema que tive foi com água, fiz o pedido e demoraram muito para entregar ( mais de 24h), tive que sair do hotel para comprar. O hotel é bem grande e tem uma praia linda , a piscina é gigante e paisagem maravilhosa, limpeza tbm gostei e os quartos são de um tamanho bom e aconchegantes.

Viemos para Cancún para a viagem dos sonhos em família. Infelizmente desde o momento de chegada e durante toda a estadia nos decepcionamos. Iniciado com uma fila imensa de 2H para check-in, após pegarmos 3 voos e 16h para chegar. Quanto a alimentação , o hotel tem vários restaurantes, sendo que alguns são necessário agendar, e possui dois com custo extra. Nemcom 4 dias antes da reserva conseguimos agendar, segundo eles devida a alta demanda.Ou seja não conseguimos conhecer todas as possibilidades “oferecidas”, apesar de já ter pago por isso antes. A Comida de 0 a 10, nota 4, excerto café da manhã, que possui grande variedade. Se a ideia é ficar em um resort para comer bem, eu procuraria outra opção. A comida é gordurosa, e não é bem preparada.Sugestão para o café é quevá entre às 8 e 8h30 da manhã. Antes e depois, as filas passam 100m. É impressionante! O atendimento é coerente ao que cito até aqui, impessoal, demorado e muitas vezes sem educação. Isso porque falávamos espanhol e inglês, não é uma dificuldade a fala ou a compreensão, mas sim de treinamento.O acesso à internet é lento e limitado, como tudo por aqui, existe uma forma de pagar e conseguir mais velocidade. Em pleno século XXI, em um hotel com tudo incluído, nós não conseguimos entender.Limpeza do apartamento deixa bastante a desejar, estou com a pia suja ha três dias!!Quando li os demais comentário sobre o hotel, pensei que as pessoas poderiam estar exagerando, porque tem pessoas que não se contentam facilmente. No entanto, é triste, mas todos os comentários procedem.

Se perdió nuestro celular cero cámaras cero acercamiento aparte de un simple reporte. Para la cantidad de estrellas nada de presupuesto en garantizarnos seguridad dentro del Hotel, se perdió en el área de vídeo juegos dentro y fuera del área nada de seguridad. En este momento habitación 4478-S. Tal vez segunda y última visita. Ya les escribí por correo como me lo solicitaron y ninguna respuesta. Dónde está la atención ofrecida?.

Pésimo hotel. Las instalaciones son muy grandes y en realidad son muy bonitos los jardines. Lo que hace que el hotel sea muuuuy malo es el servicio de mala calidad. Las habitaciones están sucias y tienen cosas inservibles. La comida es pésima y los vasos son desechables. Considero que el principal problema es que no tienen personal suficiente para el tamaño del hotel y sobrecargan a su personal lo que hace que su actitud no sea la mejor (no todos).

I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancun for the first time. Very safe, great food, lot of entertainment, beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. This place is very beautiful, I can’t emphasize how elegant the resort is. You just got to go and see it yourself. We had transportation service from and to the airport. You can also request a taxi if you’re going outside the resort. The staff is there to help make your stay a memorable one.

Amigos brasileiros,infelizmente, a cada ano que passa o atendimento no Grand Oasis piora muito, desde a frequência, até o atendimento, a fila no check in demora horas, cada ano que passa impõem mais regras para entrarmos nos restaurantes, marcação às 15 horas, horário de passeios. Já foi um hotel al inclusive maravilhoso, até mesmo a ocean View que oferecia minha estadia foi regular agora em 2022. Minha primeira estadia foi em 2013 mesmo com todos os anos frequentando o hotel, não tive qualquer privilégio. Façam opção por hotéis com menos restaurantes, talvez dois a nível ALL inclusive mas que realmente tenham disponibilidade e bom atendimento. Sinto muito ter escolhido esse hotel para passar as fiestas de Muertos desse ano. Decepção total!!!!!!

Me and my wife have been there plenty of times and we love it! We go about 2 times a year and they are always so accommodating with everything. The beaches are everything you could ever imagine and more!! We have stayed over 15 times an every time we go there is always something new in the hotel. The food is amazing so much to choose from. The staff always does there best to make sure we have everything we need at all times. There is amazing shopping an friendly faces everywhere. We highly recommend this for your next vacation!!

El hotel en sí está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones muy cómodas, cero problemas con ello. Pero es un hotel sumamente grande donde el personal no da abasto, por lo que venden un producto que no ofrecen.El servicio al cliente no es bueno, la comida muy poco higiénica y poco variada, sobretodo siendo en México donde la comida es deliciosa, en los restaurantes hay que hacer 2 horas de cola por la mañana para tener reservación, y sinceramente no vas de vacaciones para perder 2 horas para comer, y lo peor que después la comida no está tan buena.Aparte te hacen el lío con productos que compraste y después no te dan y te los cobran por aparte, por ejemplo el traslado al aeropuerto.Es bastante caótico el servicio y nadie te da soluciones. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Buenas habitaciones, pero no cambian la ropa de cama, el mini bar no funcionaba y lo reporté 3 veces y nunca lo resolvieron. La atención es muy básica y se dedican más a poner trabas para todo que para ayudar. No es apto para personas con discapacidad ni en silla de ruedas. La comida muy variada y deliciosa.

Las chicas de la recepción son muy déspotas, en la habitación donde me asignaron el colchón tenía un hoyo, nos cambiaron el colchón, Por la noche se fue la luz en mi habitación, se tardaron una hora en resolver, insistiendo demasiado nos cambiaron la habitación. La mayoría de las personas que trabajan aquí sí son racistas, solo conocí 4 personas que fueron amables, pero si se fijan mucho de que país eres y si eres de México de que parte vienes. Habia leído malas referencias pero quise dar oportunidad de conocerlo, y me quedo con las opiniones que la gente ha puesto. Mal servicio en comparación de otros hoteles en los que me he hospedado.

Let’s start at the beginning check in process was very long. 100 + people in line in front of us. Would not let us check in early so we went and got some food. The food here is disgusting, we tried almost every restaurant including the steakhouse. The only decent food was the Italian and it was average at best. We ended up waking across the street and paying for food. (Dons tacos) which was delicious! We got to our room and the water was brown, paid for an ocean view and the ocean was nowhere in sight. Didn’t see any bed bugs like some of the other reviews stated. We got a call on the phone in our room at 5:30 am which woke us up saying they accidentally called the wrong room. Check out took forever. Every single minor thing here takes FOREVER. The staff was friendly and the shows at kinky club were good but that’s about it. The pool is seemed clean as well but we didn’t use it. Definitely would never stay here again. I have been to Mexico several times and never gave a resort a bad rating but for the love of god do not come here!

This by far was the absolute worst hotel that we have ever stayed in!!! Not only was the food and cleanliness horrible but they have BED BUGS!!!!!! We went as a family and had 2 different rooms. They changed 1 room and the new room still had it. We were eating in one of the restaurants and there was a roach on the floor running around!! Do NOT stay here! Also your care goes by band colors. Anything below a black band you don’t matter to them!

Pésimo servicio, mala comida, los meseros nos tenían comiendo rápido por que en el bufete había fila para entrar. 1 baño para 3 restaurantes, sin jabón y sin papel. Y sobre la atención a la hora de pedir factura, ni que decir, más de 25 llamadas para que siquiera me responda una operadora que se hacía la que no escuchaba y colgaba. En nuestra habitación salió una rata en el baño. Un pelo se procedencia cuestionable en un platillo que me sirvieron.

I’m going to begin saying Grand Oasis Resort is NOT worth the price compared to all the resorts nearby.
The food is DISGUSTING, kitchen staff are extremely stingy and you literally have to beg for more food and even then they act like it’s coming out of their own pocket... horrendous behaviour. The rooms were okay at best and they had no blankets... expected us to sleep with sheets. I will say the room service was good and they came on time everyday and provided water bottles on a daily basis, but that does not justify the rest of the experience being bad. The bar service was okay but the bartenders were clearly annoyed all the time and expected a tip at all times. Many of the stands like towel service and fresh food stands closed very early, leaving you with no choice but to eat at the buffet which was disgusting... although I will say the breakfast was very good.
Lastly, I will say the beach and pools look and feel amazing to be in. There were two in-pool bars which were nice but they were always crazy rush around them. In terms of party life there was only one club open which was only open until roughly 12am... pretty sad. Overall the best part of the trip was visiting the beach, which you can find in almost any resort. Which is why I do NOT recommend anyone staying here, unless you like underwhelming resorts.

Ficamos 8 dias hospedados e nos arrependemos muito! Os elevadores não funcionam bem, então só resta subir muita escada, frigobar só abastecem a cada dois dias sendo que se trata de um ALL in. Os atendentes são mal educados,sem nenhuma simpatia, se quiser ser bem atendido tem que dar gorgeta por fora. Outro ponto negativo: caso queira comer algum petisco na piscina tem que andar muito para pegar a bebida fica em um ponto e a comida em outro extremo e só servem às 11 horas da manhã! Não oferecem serviço na praia, tem que subir uma escadaria para pegar um simples chopp. E o maior público do hotel é de jovens, ou seja muita bebida, conversas altas nos corredores, uso de cigarro liberado em ambientes fechados uma vergonha! Fuja desse hotel caso sua viagem for em família! Muito péssimo mesmo!!!

We definitely had a wonderful experience, the water is so warm, bars on different locations of the pool. The beach is right in the bottom. Multiple locations you can eat at, but if you want to eat at a restaurant for dinner wake up early in the morning about 8 o’clock to make a reservation before they close at 12, they do book up. There’s a steakhouse we didn’t get to try.the Buffy might be your best place if you do not have a reservation because you have varieties of options. And the chicken tender spot was wonderful. We were transferred over because we were in another hotel and we all wanted to be together. Somethings were wrong with my room guaranteed I think they gave it to us because we technically needed a spot but my fridge was not cold, the light was on. But it wasn’t cold. The holder where my towels would go was broken, no one came back to replace my trash in the bathroom. The balcony door was a little hard to open in my room. They give you a lock to lock up your personal items but honestly I couldn’t open up mines. But every other room seemed pretty OK that I had friends in. The staffs are wonderful, and very friendly. And helpful. I will definitely go again, but it seems that I am allergic to some thing in Mexico so maybe not for me until I find out. But as for you definitely go and have fun. I still did well for my last couple of days.

This resort is huge, be ready to do a lot of walking when going here. Has some really nice spots and it seems they try there best to accommodate as much as they can. With that being said, this resort needs to step it up.
Our room; the room is nice, but the "ocean view" wasn't really ocean view.. we barely saw the ocean. If we did not keep the air conditioning on, the whole room would become moist/wet .. even the tv!!
Food; you need to make reservations for the restaurants and we were only able to get one for the steakhouse which was not very good. The buffet had a lot of food, but we did not try anything besides the basics as we didn't wanna risk it.
Beach club; the beach club was a lot of fun as they had different activities on stage along with music. Music began at 1 and ended at 5 while the activities on stage went from 3-5.
Pool; the pool was nice, but they do not have speakers all around so you cannot hear the music being played. The swim up bars are also nice, but there aren't many of them.
Around the resort there is a random smell which was bad. Elevators were sketchy as well, one of them got stuck so we had to push the door open ourselves once we reached our floor.
Service; the workers here were really nice and helpful. Whenever we needed something, they were pleased to help which we appreciated.

Fomos em 2016 para Cancún ( México) voltamos maravilhados com o lugar e com o Hotel. Dessa vez em Gran Ossis Cancun all inclusive tivemos a pior experiência possível. Preconceito com Brasileiros? Não sei bem…. Para conseguir pegar uma bebida na piscina era uma hora em fila. Não tinha orientações necessárias de ninguém. Só conseguimos agendar nosso jantar em um dos restaurantes depois que reclamamos no hotel. Porque para ter um jantar digno era mais de horas na fila em algum lugar pq não achamos o lugar de marcação aberto. No restaurante Japonês garçons sem educação nem esperava fazer o pedido e davam as costas. Propina a todo tempo pediam. Se volto em Cancún claro que voltamos porém nesse Hotel nunca mais.

Highly recommend specifically for singles or companies. Not sure why it’s only 3 star hotel. I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels I’m Mexico which are not even close to this one.
Staff is very nice, lots of restaurants and bars. Lots of entertainment. Big rooms. Not many pools however enough to enjoy. Very nice rest area on the beach

If you are looking for decent service, do not even think about coming here. Check in wait was 2 hours with 4 people in line. Workers in hotel barely understand English. When you try to understand or ask for help they direct you somewhere else and the cycle keeps repeating. My family and I were here for 5 days, our room was only cleaned twice after asking them to clean. Bed sheets? Dirty floor? Dirty? New towels ? You might as well wait until they feel like coming. Supervisors ? Worse than the workers.
Every guest we talk to also experience these issues. Only good service was in the restaurants. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. Would never ever recommend this place or come back again

I went to this resort for my college spring break and it was amazing! We read reviews before booking the hotel and were prepared for some bad service. However, we booked the pyramid (highest tier) and it was worth every penny! The restaurants available to us were incredible, and there were never any lines. Additionally, the bar lines were cut in half with our higher tier bracelet. The service was amazing, the room was beautiful, and overall I am very happy with our experience at this resort.

Péssimo Hotel!....já conhecia e amava Cancun, conseguiram destruir a impressão deliciosa q tinha deste lugar. Na chegada p fazer o check-inépreciso ficar n fila no mínimopor uma hora....atendentes arrogantes. Comida horrível, se quiser comer em um dos restaurantesdiferenciados épreciso fazer reserva ficando mais ou menos uma hora na fila! No sistema all inclusive não abastecem o frigobar do quarto, vc tem q pedir Deus sabe onde!...bebidas ...na terra da Tequila, tomei a pior de todas!Retiram copos dos lixospara reaproveitar nas piscinas! Pra ter um atendimento merlhorzinho, tanto nas piscinas qto na beira mar, sóna base das propinas, todos os dias...Chopp péssimo, long nek sópagando!....Para termos um jantar descente era preciso sair do hotel, no shopping, qualquer lugar era melhor! Enfim, desista!...fique onde vale a pena! Este hotel não vale cada real gasto! E quer saber?... Não estãonem aí!

A praia é reservada 80% para clubes Vips que não aceitam crianças. Vim com minha esposa e 2 filhos e tivemos problemas. Quarto velho com vazamentos. Acesso a praia, só pelas áreas Vips. Se tiver festa, Seu filho não pode passar. E vc não pode passar com comida pela área vip. E só tem comida nas piscinas. Se vc tem crianças,procure outro hotel.

Hotel con hermosa playa y muy buenas instalaciones. Pero absolutamente desordenado y con co.ida de muy baja calidad en sus diferentes buffets. Nadie controla protocolos Covid salvo en los restaurantes, en el resto de las dependencias el descontrol es total. Tampoco se ve seguridad para controlar a la gran cantidad de gente ebria que abunda por los tragos libres en sectores puntuales del hotel. Demora para check in de alrededor de media hora. No lo recomiendo

We went for a 4 night stay with our 2 children.We were not impressed by the food at all… comparable to cafeteria food.The last 2 nights we ended up eating off the resort just to get some good food!There was a lot of construction going on during our stay.There was even an employee using spray paint right outside of our room which was unpleasant.Oh and you have to wait in line for about an hour mid day to make a reservation to eat that night. Also, when we booked Covid tests we’re said to be free from the hotel.They changed that policy in January but still charged us even though we booked when it was said to be free.The best things about the trip were the views of the beach and pools.Luis at Cocoa Bar gave excellent service and made good drinks!I did enjoy my workout in the gym… there was plenty of equipment.If you are willing to wait for an omelette at the buffet; they are pretty tasty.Overall, I would not recommend staying at Grand Oasis Cancun.

This resort worked for our needs of R and R.The place is huge.The beach and water is Beautiful. Lot of pool, never had to fight over a chair. Food is not bad contrary to some reviews if you know how to work with it, meaning have food made to order at buffet or order more than what you think just incase of something does not sit well with you.I would recommend for value, access to golf course if needed, drug store across the street if needed, casino in hotel with slots, table games, coffee shop a plus. We will be back at some point.

Tuvimos un inconveniente con la habitación, la cual se inundó por la ventana y el pasillo. Se nos mojó todas las maletas, pasaporte, documentos personales, aparatos electrónicos, entre otros. Cuando solicitamos que fueran a sacar el agua de la pieza, nos respondían en servicio al cliente que irían pero nadie fue para ayudarnos. Luego realizamos un reclamo, por todo lo perdido (incluido pasaporte) pero nadie se hizo cargo, y no nos dieron solución, haciéndonos sentir culpable nosotras. Lo único que nos ofrecieron fue secar la ropa, pero cuando nos llegó, nos dimos cuenta que la habían lavado (sin preguntar) y nos entregaron toda la ropa teñida, tampoco se hicieron responsables por eso. Hasta el día de hoy no tenemos respuesta del hotel. Les sugiero entregar herramientas al personal para poder solucionarle los problemas a los huéspedes, mejorar la eficiencia del personal o aumentar el número de gente que trabaja en el hotel, porque no dan a basto. Y también, revisar la construcción para que no se inunde los pasillos y las habitaciones con lluvia.

Asignaron mi habitación a otra persona, estaba descansando y de repente me abrieron la puerta! Porque llegaron los nuevos huéspedes! Baje a notificar lo que paso y en la recepción me preguntan que si estoy segura que esa es mi habitación jejeje pues si no es entonces como traigo la llave y como estaba adentro descansando, pésima atención de la recepción Nunca nos pudieron dar la clave de wi-fi, tampoco había plancha de ropa en la habitación y para pedir cualquier cosa había que bajar hasta la recepción porque por teléfono no contestan. Las distancias a los restaurantes son muy largas, cuando llegas no te dan ningun tríptico donde puedas ver qué atracciones o eventos hay, te dicen que bajes la aplicación y nunca me dejó accesar, para todo hay que hacer filas al menos de 5 personas. Definitivamente no lo volveré a considerar en mis próximas vacaciones.

Tudo é muito bom, só o quarto que deixou a desejar. A cama era menor que uma cama de casal padrão entao eu e minha esposa ficamos bem apertados, não atrapalou a noite de sono mas pelo padrão do hotel a cama ficou abaixo. O ar condicionado também estava travado em 18 graus e como não tinha cobertor no quarto tivemos que pedir. Os que foram entregues eram mikto finos então tivemos que escolher entre dormir com ar ligado passando frio ou desligar e dormir passando calor. No meu frigobar também deveria ter cerveja e não tinha, disseram que seria recarregado a cada dois dias mas so fiquei dois dias então...Toda a parte do all inclusive estava otimo e não tinham filas grandes como imaginei

Estuve hospedada esta semana por 7 días y fue un sueño! Tenía miedo por los comentarios, pero claramente las experiencias las construye cada uno en base a cómo afrontar las vacaciones. Hay mucha gente en bares, recepción, etc.? Si, claro, el hotel es enorme por eso tanta gente! Así que, obviamente va a haber filas, pero el servicio es rapidísimo. Tooodo el personal es súper amable y cordial. Las instalaciones son preciosas y la pileta y playa lo mejor de Cancún! Volvería sin dudas al hotel Grand Oasis, fue una gran elección :)

Péssimo hotel ! O atendimento é absurdamente ruim nos restaurantes , arrisco inclusive dizer que são preconceituosos fazendo diferença no atendimento dependendo do país que vc vem. A comida é péssima , não tem sabor nem tempero , refrigerante sem gás em todos os restaurantes do hotel . Os drinks são kissuco com 1dedo de álcool . Num dos almoços no restaurante Cocoa , tivemos que pedir uma taça de vinho para 3 garçons diferentes , e finalmao conseguir uma taça , a mesma parecia uma taça anã , diferente de todas que vimos serem servidas. Péssimo hotel ! Por menos é possível ter experiências melhores. As pessoas que cuidam da limpeza dos quartos são mais educadas e cuidadosas...são racistas ! Passamos por discriminação ! O hotel não está preparado pra receber turistas brasileiros , nunca mais voltarmos a este hotel !

Começando pelo atendimento que é péssimo, as pessoas são mal educadas e sem respeito! O Wi-Fi é cobrado, não tem serviço de praia, frigobar não funciona, comida ruim, não permitem qualquer traje para acessar os restaurantes e dependendo em alguns restaurantes são somente para os VIPs! Precisa fazer reservas para jantar e as comidas são do dia anterior! Não recomendo para ninguém! Cuidado com as “taxas extras” que eles não avisam que tem!

The whole place is honestly just OK at best. BAD- the check in time is SLOW only 2 people are the desk for about 50 people in line be ready to wait 2-3 hours. - Food is honestly OK nothing big - Workers accept bribes from foreigners to cut into places - Live music stops around 11 pm and there’s no where else to go except a paid club -Noise is common everywhere but man you can hear EVERYTHING from your room - alcoholic drinks taste cheap - no maps so you’ll be lost at first - need more activities other than paid shows… doesn’t seem so inclusive for all inclusive GOOD - Views , the pools are beautiful and so is the beach all restaurant staff , is incredibly sweet and respectful

Had a great family vacation. The resort is beautiful. The staff is friendly. (Karen at check-in was lovely and very efficient). The food is hit-or-miss. Some restaurants are average but others are great. The Mexican restaurant Hacienda Serape was delicious.

Una pena. Para todos lados tienes que hacer filas enormes. Hasta para tomar agua tienes que hacer filas. En los restaurantes hay mesas vacías y no te dan acceso con el argumento que están llenos. Si son 4 en una mesa y en tu familia son 5 es muy difícil agregar una silla adicional. En algunas ocasiones el personal de los restaurantes es muy grosero. De verdad no recomendable. Demasiado grande el complejo y de la habitación a algunos restaurantes son distancias muy grandes. No recomendable. Saludos

Un paraíso. Estoy alojado en el Grand Oasis Cancún. La verdad es que el hotel superó todas mis expectativas. Es por lejos el mejor lugar que me he hospedado en Cancún. Todo hermoso,muy expedito, la comida exquisita y variada, todo el día y noche. Habitaciones amplias con hermosa vista (la mía vista al mar), limpias y cómodas. El personal muy atento y siempre preocupado por dar la mejor atención. Tienen todos los servicios que uno se pueda imaginar. Debo reconocer qué previo a venir leí algunos comentarios que decían que las filas para todo eran largas o que el personal no era atento, pero mi experiencia fue diametralmente opuesta y si en algún momento fue así, sin duda estuvieron muy atentos a mejorar. Los felicito! 100% recomendable 👌

El hotel es muy grande. Hay mucha gente y te tienes que formar para casi todo. Incluso tienes que formar durante 1 hora para reservar la cena en algunos de sus restaurantes. La atención del personal es muy buena. Destacar la atención de Rene del restaurante el Sarape en mi opinión en el que mejor se come.

Habitaciones viejas, menú de alimentos muy malo. La gente de barras no alcanza con todos los visitantes, se hacen filas donde tienes que esperar mucho tiempo para ser atendido. Ojalá le inviertan porque allí trabaja mucha gente. Su gente operativa es muy amable no así en la recepción, algunos que sirven alimentos.

Na questão de estrutura para entretenimento, piscinas, beach clubs, restaurantes, shows e praia são nota 10! Os apartamentos, equipe de limpeza,customer service emanutenção são nota 2 (pra não colocar 0). Os apartamentos são velhos e sem manutenção adequada. Tive que pedir pra trocar de quarto devido a vazamento nas torneiras e questão de limpeza. O pessoal do customer service são meio perdidos, nos colocou em outro quarto,, um pouquinho melhor mas parecia ser aquele tipo de quarto de família,que tinha uma porta que conectava ao quarto ao lado. A porta estava trancada, claro, mas não tinha isolamento acústico entre esses quartos e assim ouviamos exatamente tudo o que oa vizinhos falavam. Éramos 2 adultos e 1 criança mas mesmo pedindo todos os dias, na maioria das vezes o pessoal só deixava 2 toalhas no quarto. Chegava a ser irritante isso. No segundo quarto, notei infiltrações após algumas pancadas de chuva forte. No último dia choveu muito forte a noite e o cheiro de naftalina não estava nem um pouco agradável. Foi difícil de dormir. Enfim, penso que não gostei da experiência.

Péssimo hotel! Comprei a viagem eu e toda minha família no início do ano, onde falava que havia serviço de quarto, hoje cheguei aqui no hotel e eles simplesmente falaram que não tem mais, pois mudaram a política do hotel. Mas e quem já pagou por tudo para poder usurfruir também de serviços de quarto? Toda minha família veio, meus irmãos com suas crianças e como faz? Tirando o fato que não é todo restaurante que podemos ir. NÃO VOLTO NUNCA MAIS E MUITO MENOS INDICO!

Oh man were do I start on this amazing hotel. First I’ll probably start with how amazing the check in process was we had to go to 4 different rooms which took about 3 hours. It made me feel very secure and learned how to navigate freely throughout this magnificent establishment. After we got to our room we did not have any towels, which I thought was great having a very progressive air drying instead to go green.We also only had one key work which was very convenient cause we got more time to bond together as a group and had an optional peephole as when you shut the door it would fall right off which was just another amazing option this resort offers.Finally the food was to die for! Me and my very close pals went to a amazing Italian restaurant and enjoyed delicious hot dog pizzas.Also definitely try the buffet and make sure you get everything so many great options. Definitely didn’t get sick at all from any of the food it was a great experience and would definitely come back!

After checking at expected time (around 11:00) we were required to wait another 5 hours without our luggage before even receiving our keys only to not have the rooms we booked online months prior. We were in a party with 4 rooms and 1 had double beds when all were supposed to. No other rooms were available and ours aren't near each other. Upgrades have not been available every day of our stay so far.Restaurants have been and easy to get into (HIGHLY recommend getting a map with hours or making one) but a couple have had absolutely terrible service. The food itself is mediocre, definitely ask for recommendations on menu items. Room service is extremely poor. The options are VERY limited and there are ridiculous limits on how much you can order (for an $8 fee as well not including tip). Upon talking to people we met at the resort, they don't have the issues or limitations even being in the same type of room.... very strange. Delivery time is good and the men who have brought it are very nice, though.Nearly every bar has 10 meter long lines despite allegedly being at 70% capacity with COVID restrictions. Pool server service is very poor- many take orders and do not return. Luckily, there are many bars to choose from at the resort as long as you're willing to walk a long distance.Beautiful beach, spa, pool area, and grounds!

No pool towels to be found and maid service would take towels / rags and never did return our entire 7 day stay, even after requesting numerous times through concierge; this was the complaint of many that we spoke with while here.Also, food is not that great. We had to eat dinner every night off resort to get decent meal.The resort outside is beautiful. If the housekeeping and food service upped their game it would be a great place to visit again but unfortunately, we will not be returning.

What can I say other than a big disappointment! I have stayed at other all inclusive resorts butthis is not one of the better ones! Trying to get some room service on the phone was awful, must of called 10 times a day toget what I wanted,! And never did get it! The Rooms are very outdated as others have mentioned.Not Clean And in need of repairs. Food at most of the Higher End Establishments located (inside) the Grand Oasis Is good!Service is Excellent! I have eaten at all of them! Long lines for reservations at crazy hours of the day is very time consuming! You must be present to make them. The Staff working the Resort are extremelypolite, but being polite is only small part of the job! They need to do o more. The (Grounds) are well maintain. The Pool Is Lovely! Most Bars ( Not All) on various parts of the Grounds are not well maintained or run well and understaffed! Long lines, to get a simple drink! The Resort itself (Inside) needs a Facelift, And is not well maintained. I have been to Mexico several times, This is my first time at the Grand Oasis. This has been my worst stay ever and at a Premium Price! Also unaware by many visitors, and not mentioned by the Resort. I came to find out there were many covid-19issues in the Resort. So Be Careful!

Poor Service, Bedding SmellsVery Bad, Rooms are not Clean. When you ask for more towels and rags it’s a hassle. The plug in sockets don’t work, could hardly charge my cellular phone. The plastic cups that should be thrown away after being used, is washed out by staff, which isn’t sanitary at all especially because of the covid virus and they don’t provide straws. Resort is suppose to be all inclusive, but it isn’t. Different bands mean access to different things , which wasn’t explained nor offered to my family and I after our arrival. I don’t recommendthis resort at all. And when you talk to staff or management about your concerns nothing is resolved.

Estuvimos esperando tres horas y media para el chekin por la ineficiencia de su sistema. Poca servicialidad en recepción. No nos ayudaron con las maletas. Escasa información. Nos cobraron un impuesto que nunca nos avisaron de forma previa. Las instalaciones son viejas. La comida es de una calidad media. La limpieza de las instalaciones por momentos era bueno, y por momentos no. Hay que hacer muchas filas para comer. El servicio de los mozos es muy bueno. Los parques muy lindos y bien mantenidos. El sector de la playa es muy lindo.

Empezaré con lo bueno, la playa está preciosa, las instalaciones por lo que he visto están relativamente bien. Por otra parte, la comida me parece mala, no tiene sabor y las elecciones aunque variadas no están buenas. Al llegar no me dieron la información de los restaurantes, ni me explicaron que la llave para la habitación tiene un código QR que nos lleva a una app y ahí podemos ver todo lo que ofrece este hotel... Los restaurantes en los que tienes que hacer reservacion son mucho mejores que los buffet, Maki taco fue la salvación de mi semana. Los bares cierran Super temprano y la "discoteca" cierra a las 12 de la noche. Hay un bufete que está abierto toda la noche y por eso le doy una estrella más. Aunque la comida no estaba buena, ayudó mucho.Servicio al cliente deja mucho que decir, en te responden como para salir del paso y a veces te sientes como si estuvieras incomodando aún cuando estás preguntando algo muy sencillo.

NO LO RECOMIENDO. Las habitaciones y la infraestructura del hotel son viejas, están sucias y carecen de mantenimiento. Los trabajadores no se encuentran capacitados (tuvimos necesidad de contactar la enfermería por un tema médico y nadie sabía en donde estaba o cómo llegar), el trato es poco amable. La comida es variada pero no es buena. Los tragos son malos. El aforo de las instalaciones como restaurantes, piscinas y demás es menor al que requieren. Difícilmente encuentras espacios. Se debe hacer cola para TODO. Lo único que es bueno es la ubicación, tiene un lindo acceso al mar, pero incluso así te hacen pagar adicional por las camitas que están frente. Realmente no vale la pena en relación a la calidad precio.

AWFUL! BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Sorry for yelling, but so dang mad!Went there for a friend's wedding and our honeymoon.No one told us that there was an EDM concert at the same time! We did not have access to most of the restaurants and the ones we were allowed in, the lines were ridiculously long, at least a 2 hour wait, and the food was gross and inedible.The music from the festival reverberated through the room. Hotel management said too bad!On top of that we were charged $80 for a Covid test to reenter the states when we were told it was going to be free!You have choices - do not choose Oasis.Bad service, bad food, bad accommodations and bad management.

No lo recomiendo para nada, no debería tener la categoría que se le atribuye. La primera sorpresa al llegar es que no hay wifi. A diferencia de cualquier hotel (máxime uno de 5 estrellas) resulta que solo una de las personas de la habitación tiene posibilidad de tenerla, si otro quiere, debe comprarla. En la habitación éramos cuatro personas, con lo que al final tuvimos que comprar (por supuesto no de la que te ofrecen en el hotel). No nos habían dejado suficientes toallas, lo cual es sorprendente ya que la reserva era para cuatro y había dos toallas y un jabón para la ducha. Pedimos más y al final nos las trajeron. Otra cosa sorprendente en un hotel de esta categoría es que no hacen la habitación todos los días. Volvimos de una excursión y resultó que no la habían hecho. El día anterior si… pero nos dejaron todo revuelto… nefasto servicio de habitaciones. En cuanto a la comida, al final solo es posible comer en los snack bar, y los dos bufete libre que hay. En el resto de restaurantes, nunca hay sitio, ni posibilidad de esperar apenas… te dicen que vuelvas en una o dos horas… y en algún otro hay que reservar y es inviable. Los bares de bebidas además cierran demasiado pronto. Al final, parece que todo es muy difícil, y si quieres variar acabas dando vueltas y vueltas… para acabar donde siempre! Encontramos gente simpática, atenta y profesional, por supuesto, pero la impresión es que eso va en cada cual y que lo que es la coordinación del hotel y los empleados o algún protocolo, no existe. Para unas vacaciones mejor otro sitio.

Pra começar, hotel só aparência, péssimo caro, nada de all inclusive. Primeiro qdo vc coloca ali inclusive o mínimo é ter freezer com água, sucos e cerveja. Vc paga para encher 16 dólares. Qdo chove os quartos enchem de águainundam. Meu esposo é amputado caiu 2 vezes, qdo fechamos para irmos embora eles cobraram uma conta de cigarro 16, 00 dólares onde pagamos todas as vezes o valor de 9,00 dólares. Como estávamos atrasados para ir ao aeroporto não tinha como reclamar E devido a situação do meu esposo ( muletas). NAO RECOMENDOA NINGUÉM. Para calar nossa boca , nos colocou na Pirâmide onde tivemos acesso a todos restaurantes. Mas NAO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM ESSE HOTEL. Vc vai descansar em um lugar maravilhoso como Cancun e tem desgosto. É a segunda vez que vou e fiquei numresort de verdade MOON PALACE RESIRT GOLF HOTEL esse sim recomendo.

Great place! Pools are fantastic. Kid pools, adult pools and chill back pools. Bars and restaurants all over. Beach side is fabulous with many tables and chairs with shade. Fantastic place to stay. Definitely going back to Oasis! The staff is also incredible

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to be violently ill. The food is not fit to eat, left overs are put out every day / gone off food. All the food taste disgusting. The person we came on holiday with had food poisoning. They don’t clean the air conditioner filters and there is black mold all over the ceiling my chest went so tight I could not breathe during the stay and was unwell with a viral infection for a week after along with 20+ others we met at the resort suffered the same. The hotel couldn’t care less. We have video evidence of staff washing our cups in grey and brown thick cloudy dirty water. They then tried charging us for something we didn’t do and had no evidence of this (a stain on the blanket). Rooms are filthy and need massive maintenance. Couldn’t wait to leave worse hotel I have ever visited you could not pay me to stay there again. This hotel needs to be shut down for health and safety issues it is so dangerous.

Durante un festival de música que se celebró dentro del hotel, extravié mi cartera. Avisé a todo el personal que pude y a la mañana siguiente fui a mostrador a preguntar si alguien la había encontrado ¡Y sí la devolvieron con todo dentro!Tarjetas, identificaciones, dinero, etc. Esto habla muy bien del personal también; si bien no sé quién la devolvió, la tuvieron en sus manos y aún así quedó intacta.¡Muchas gracias a todos! Impactada con lo horrible de este hotel. La comida muy mala, y el alcohol más barato que he probado en mi vida , goteras por TODOS LADOS , agujeros en el techo y los elevadores viejos ycon pedazos rotos . Cuarto sucio y con gotera . El servicio pésimo, todo el personal grosero y enojado contigo. Y como si todo no fuera poco la lentitud era increíble, 1 hora con 45 min para hacer el check in. Suerte si querías pedirte algo en el bar porque era estar formado más de 15 min. De verdad es ridículo lo lento que todo estaba.. Y ni te preocupes por llamar al lobby si necesitas algo porque nunca te van a contestar. De verdad cero lo recomiendo.

My room smells like mold. There is a water leak behind my bed. The phone was broken as well so I Couldn’t call the front desk.. These room feels like a cheap motel. Don’t stay here it’s very dirty and outdated. The check in line took a whole day. The resort did nothing to rectify anything. They told us all the rooms had flooding issues. I would give zero stars if possible. Go to Punta Cana Bahia principle loved it same price.

This was the absolute worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. We stopped eating at the hotel after the first day, and left early to move to the Omni Hotel next door. I cannot say enough bad things about this hotel. I wish I had read the reviews more carefully. There are obviously fake 5 star reviews to pump their rating. The food was inedible. The roofs leaked. I was there for the Electric Zoo festival put on by Pollen. They should be absolutely embarrassed that they chose this hotel. The bathrooms flooded during the Diplo concert and you had to walk through sewage to use the restroom. If this was in the United States, they would be shut down. I wish I could give this zero stars and certainly regret not leaving sooner.

I'm fair with my reviews on google. I can honestly say this resort has to be the worst. Room service never picks up calls. We were out of toiletries for our remainder stay (2 days), no fresh towels, water leak in room, standing water in sink the entire stay (4 nights). We brought all issues to the front desk and nothing was done. No iron in room when website states there is an iron. Room was cold and there's no temperature control. We asked for extra blanket and was given an attitude. Received blanket 3 hrs after. Staff came knocking on our door 3 different times when we hung the 'Do not disturb' sign. Food was mediocre. Beach was decent, but short of chairs and no towels to be found. We asked to upgrade from standard to Pyramid and was flatly told "no". Friends who stayed in Pyramid had mildew odor in room with water leakage. Water running tainted brown in shower. This resort seriously need major reconstruction and remodeling. I do not recommend anyone to book here.

Please don't waste a trip. My husband and I ended up flying home three days early because it was such a terrible experience. What you read in the other reviews is true: My husband had to go back and forth from the room to the lobby three times when we first arrived because our room key wasn't working. When we got in the rooms they smelt like mold and mildew, very musty. When you turn the air conditioning off, the smell kind of goes away, then starts to smell again because it gets hot. The restaurants are not great (workers at the restaurant are very kind). There is not great signage to tell you which restaurants you can eat at (depending on if you have a blue or VIP wristband) so most the time you walk up to a restaurant only for them to tell you you can't eat there. (it seems to change depending on time of day.) Beaches have lots of seaweed (not their fault just thought you should know.)The front office was not concerned at all about our complaints and offered no refund or even an apology for our stay. Priceline has not been able to get a hold of the hotel to ask for a refund after trying multiple multiple times. DONT GO.

No vayan, fuimos de despedida de soltero y aunque solo ibamos a tomar y divertirnos(para que nos cerraron medio hotel en instalaciones porque habia evento de 4 dias(no avisaron)...., la comida esta horrible, elevadores viejisimos,habitaciones viejas, los restaurantes a la carta parece que sirven chamberete en corte. Si vas a ir, llevate un yeti porque sirven en vasos de bebes. Hay gente muy linda atendiendo, pero tambien nos toco gente muy grosera. Si puedes, reserva en otro lado, este hotel ya paso, habiamos ido 2 veces antes y pasaba para despedidas, pero esta si fue una decepcion, bajo muchisimo su calidad en todo aspecto. No volvemos.

The best thing about this resort is the views. Beautiful kept grounds, gorgeous beach and nice pool area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very disappointed with the food, even at the high end restaurants. The best food was quick eats by the pool (tacos, wings, burgers, pizza and chicken fingers). Drinks were too sweet and not enough alcohol.
The little coffee bar makes the best lattes!!
Be ready for long walks because the rooms are very far from everything.

Estuve del 8 al 12 de octubre del 2021. La comida muy mala. El teléfono de la habitación no servia. Los meseros no querían traer cerveza con los 50 pesos que les daba a cada vez que traía. Uno me dijo que costaba 100USD para ese servicio. No lo pude creer. Tuve que pararme y ir por la cerveza. En la tina no hay puerta. El agua mojaba todo el bano. Al salir pedí checkout late y la señora que limpia dijo que no podía. Que tenía que irme. Se me olvido mis sapatos y una playera y cuando llame al hotel después de unos días me dejaban colgado en el tel hasta que después de 5 intentos la chava dijo que iba a preguntar a la señora que limpia. Resulta que no encontraron nada. Pero estoy 100% seguro que lo deje ahí. No vuelvo jamás a ese hotel. Porque no merece ser llamado de resort. Horrible. Vayan a comer en un lugar local! Que no sea de turistas! La comida es increíble!

DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT. Prior to booking, we called the resort asking if there were any cancellations due to COVID-19 (restaurant/amenity closures). After being informed everything was open, we decided to book our vacation here.The next day we looked up google reviews in order to plan our stay. We were surprised to read that several vacationers were unable to obtain food/drink due to restaurant closures. Additionally, several patrons reported pools, bars, and other amenities are closed. This was a major red flag, as we we’re paying a hefty price for the marketed “all inclusive.” As a result of this, we called back and asked again about the closures. THIS time the employee informed us that yes there are several closures (only after taking our money). We attempted to cancel the trip due to the unsafe conditions (i.e. traveling abroad with no access to food and water). In the meantime, Expedia worked with us to process a refund. Only after the booked dates passed were we informed that we would not be refunded. We are unable to speak with anyone in charge and the resort is demanding we fork over $2,500 for a trip we did not go on due to misleading / false advertising by the resort. Please look somewhere else for your vacation stay :(

The resort was huge. It was very beautiful and had an awesome layout. The beach was super nice as well as the pools areas, and there were a lot of activities and things to do around the resort, as well as a lot of options for food. However, the all inclusive food and drinks were disappointing. The menus made it seem like the food was going to be really good at each place, but every single time at every place the food was bland and comparable to college cafeteria food. The drinks were very sugary and had a very low alcohol content. It took so many drinks to even feel a buzz. The rooms themselves weren’t anything impressive at all and the bathroom had a floor-to-ceiling window directly next to the toilet into the bedroom… and our friends said their bathroom had the same and they were in a different building, so all the rooms must be like that. The showers also had non-moving glass only covering half the shower so every time the shower was used the floor got very wet. But all things considered, none of that ruined our stay or bothered us too much. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Vámonos por partes: - La comida está OK, pero es ridículo el tiempo que te hacen esperar para entrar a un restaurante. - Te entregan la habitación tiempo después de cuando es el check-in, por temas de "desinfección por COVID", pero me entregaron mi habitación oliendo a humedad y tenía el suelo sucio. Incoherente. - Todo el servicio general de check-in es bastante desordenado, los tiempos de espera son exagerados, y no hay eficiencia en sus procesos. - Los baños cerca de la alberca, que también son los baños de ciertos restaurantes, no los limpiaron en todo el día. La gente ya estaba borracha y dejaba los baños sucios, parecían baños públicos. Uno esperaría que al menos el personal estuviera pasando cada hora o cada dos a hacer una limpieza, pero yo encontré los baños en el mismo estado a las 10 AM que a las 6 PM (y para las 6 PM ya era asquerosos). Nunca tenían papel de baño. - Algo positivo es el check-out express, te toma 2 minutos hacer check-out. - El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado.

El hotel está en una buena ubicación, la playa está excelente. Pero dentro de las instalaciones deja mucho que desear, la menoría de los trabajadores te saludan y atienden de buena manera, los demás te dan un trato para no recomendar éste hotel. Me ha tocado hacer fila aprox de 20 quizá 30 minutos para una bebida, ya que en sí sólo están en función 2, y si preguntas algo, te contestan mal. La comida es variada pero no buena. Mala experiencia. Empezando por el check in, muy poca gente atendiendo con lo cual se hacen filas larguísimas, al llegar no te explican nada, te dan una clave para wifi para un solo teléfono con lo cual si son varios en la habitación hay que pagar por los demás (de paso que no nos dieron la clave desde el principio y tuvimos que volver a reclamar). Luego las habitaciones pequeñas, demasiado incómodo el colchón y las almohadas, y en cuanto a limpieza dejan mucho que desear: no nos reponían jabones, toallas ni papel higiénico hasta que reclamamos. La limpieza en general del hotel tampoco es buena y la atención del personal mala, muy pocos te contestan bien pero el resto no tienen buen trato con el huésped. La última noche tuvimos problema con la cerradura de la habitación y nos quedamos afuera, estuvimos más de dos horas para que lo solucionen y finalmente tuvimos que cambiar de habitación a las 2 de la mañana, ni hablar de que nos trataron mal en todo momento. La comida no es mala pero tampoco de gran calidad, los tragos un desastre! No tienen ni las cosas más básicas y por la fila de gente que hay podes estar esperando por un trago hasta media hora! En cuanto a protocolo covid: DESASTRE. Casi todos los huespedes dentro del hotel sin tapaboca y nadie les exige el uso. Definitivamente no volveria a pagar por este hotel tan caro que no lo vale para nada ni recomendaría a nadie que se hospede acá. Seguramente hay muchos hoteles mejores al igual precio.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! My boyfriend and I were here for our anniversary and this is the WORST place we’ve both ever been to in Mexico.. When we arrived the staff from the start were rude and not accommodating at all we ended up have to pay an extra $1000 for all inclusive which was on top of the “all inclusive” we had already paid for. If you only speak English GOOD LUCK, even if you speak Spanish you’re just blown off when asking for help.The rooms were not clean what so ever we talked to a couple who arrived to their room with the sheets already slept in and they were told they only clean the room every couple days! I went to check the view on the balcony and got locked out because there was no handle on the outside. No safe to lock up our passports and valuables, shower had no door so water goes everywhere all over the floor and there was ZERO warm water. I like to enjoy blended drinks while relaxing but they had no blenders so the drinks that were filled with ice would melt so quickly and they never tasted good to begin with. The FOOD was honestly a disgrace, we ate a couple of breakfasts definitely not Covid friendly, eggs were green and sooooo under cooked so I stuck to bread. The restaurant we went to was okay but we mostly ate off the resort after tasting the food.The upkeep on the grounds were not acceptable puddles that smelt sour if you stood by them. You wake up in the morning covered in bug bites so you have to sleep with clothes on. This place needs remodelling or to be shut down. Terrible experience with this hotel and if I ever hear someone is going here I will beg them to cancel.

Absolutely the worst all-inclusive resort I have ever stayed in Mexico. I have never had such a bad experience. My girlfriend and I visited in early August 2021. For starters, the place was understaffed but given the nature of the pandemic, it was understandable but regardless the staff was rude which is so different than the norm in Mexico. The buffets required you to wait 30-60 mins every morning to enter for breakfast. The Food was rather cheap and of low quality. The snack bars around the pools had the most horrendous options I have ever seen. There would be giant tubs of pre-cooked chicken tenders that would just lay there all day until people ordered them. The drinks at this resort were beyond terrible. There was no premium liquor what so ever and all that the rest used was cheap local booze. They never measured their drinks which made the cocktails so strong it was unenjoyable. The rooms were the worst part of this all. The shower did not go past a lukewarm heat, I woke up with bed bug bites almost every night, the cleaning service would only come to clean the rooms once every two nights, there was no safe to lock your valuables up and the AC was broken so unless you left it at full blast it would be an incredibly loud noise that made it hard to sleep, so we went to bed in MEXICO with sweaters and sweat pants. Lastly, they have this hidden charge that I have seen constantly happening to other reviewers, you pay the "all-inclusive" and then when you get there they say you need to pay double the amount to get the all-inclusive. If you decline you only get the suite and brekfast. Please for the sake of your hard-earned dollar NEVER and I mean NEVER visit this resort. It was a great location 20 years ago but not anymore.

Péssimo, muito caro para o que oferece. Já outros all inclusive em Cancún mais baratos e melhores. O hotel só é imponente na aparência, por que o serviço é péssimo. Restaurantes com filas gigantescas, tinha que me policiar para ir comer no horário que abria ou a fila seria de pelo menos 1h30. A “churrascaria” que precisava reserva, lotava com uma fila de pelo menos 50 pessoas pra conseguir antes mesmo do horário que abriam as reservas. Bebidas horríveis, os drinks eram apenas suco com um álcool imaginário. Cerveja quente. Não tem serviço de praia, frigobar não é reposto. Choveu dois dias e meu quarto ficou alagado pois entra chuva pela varanda mesmo com tudo fechado. O risoto do restaurante italiano parecia um mingau de amido de milho, nojento. Metade dos restaurantes é acessível somente aos hóspedes do the pyramid. E sinceramente, não acho que valha a pena nem estando com a pulseira preta. Fui enganada pela beleza do hotel, não volto nunca mais.

Péssima! Se quiserem estragar suas férias em Cancún se hospedem no OASIS, só decepção. Tem que pegar uma fila enorme pra conseguir comer e mesmo assim só tinha uma opção de buffet 24 horas o restante que eram uns 4 restaurantes tinha q agendar e mesmo assim ficando já fila não conseguíamos entrar. Bebidas horríveis, o suco era de pozinho pior que tang, coca cola e refrigerantes aguados e sem gás, cervejas quentes... poderia ficar falando por horas e horas, pior decepção esse hotel, nunca mais eu e minha família voltamos aí.

O serviço é ruim. As bebidas não básicas. Você paga por all inclusive mas não tem uma marca conhecida e acredito que o álcool seja imaginário. Primeiro dia eu bebi uns 15 copos e não fiquei nem tonta. Os drinks começam as 11am mas as 1pm não tem a maioria dos drinks saborosos. Toalhas você não pode pegar toalhas na piscina você precisa levar as do seu quarto. Quando chove o hotel inteiro fica molhado. Fiquei os dois primeiros dias sem água e minha tv não funcionava. Entrei em contato com a recepção algumas vezes mas fui ignorada. Não existe serviço na praia. Você da sorte de pegar uma cama ou cadeira limpa na areia. Os garçons só tratam você vem se vc der dinheiro para eles. Caso contrário você é ignorado. Não vão para esse hotel. Existes mais opções com um valor acessível.

Difícil começar..... Ainda estou hospedado e infelizmente ficarei até o dia nove de agosto. Bem, vamos começar: 1. Check-in demorado e confuso 2. Não recebemos nenhuma informação como nos localizar, onde eram as refeições, etc. Apenas, que tudo o que precisássemos era para procurar o consierge. Pois bem, fizemos e recebemos um tratamento frio e pouco profissional de um hotel 3. Não há reposição de água no quarto. Novamente procuramos o consierge e desta vez foi muito pior. Recebemos a informação que água no quarto não estava incluso em um pacote All Inclusive 4. Descobrimos que há diferenças entre os hóspedes, lugares que não podemos usufruir. Tudo bem, mas podiam ter descrito na entrada 5. No quarto não há um mapa, descrição dos serviços, lista de ramais e tudo que habitualmente encontro nos hotéis que me hospedei 6. Filas imensas, aglomeração de pessoas para almoçar ou agendar os jantares 7. Comida regular, sem nenhum diferencial. Já comi melhor em botecos na Colômbia 8. Serviços de atendimento sem nenhuma cortesia, nem profissionalmente por obrigação. Exceto se já tiver com uma nota de dólar na mão. 9. Após reclamar a um funcionário que nos disse que a água estava incluso, este disse que iriam repor. Bem estou esperando e comprando diariamente garrafas d'água para não desidratar do café matinal até a abertura dos bares na piscina as 11 horas. Nis cafés, o único que tem água em garrafa, não temos direito. Mesmo comprando um pacote All Inclusive 10. A limpeza do quarto é sempre muito tarde 11. A praia não é muito boa, mas isso não é culpa do hotel. Mas nem fui saber se há serviço de praia para não me irritar mais 12. Internet fraca 13. Há um Qr code para reclamar. Tentamos baixar todos os dias. Sem sucesso Único ponto positivo é a beleza do hotel antigo e bem conservado, mas há vazamentos no corredor, podendo causar acidentes. Põe fim, desistimos de tentar melhorar nossa estadia e aceitamos que foibum grande erro ter escolhido este hotel.

Atendimento muito ruim. Meu quarto não tinha água e tentei pedir água várias vezes, disseram que ia levar no quarto e nunca apareceram. O telefone e o controle remoto não funcionavam, tentei falar na recepção nunca foram resolver o problema. Os drinks acabavam antes das 5 da tarde na piscina- all inclusive mas eles não estão preparados pra receber a quantidade de pessoas. Não podíamos tem toalhas na piscina. Vc precisa trazer do seu quarto. As filas são absurdas Os restaurantes fecham cedo e a comida é simples. Não paguei um preço barato e mesmo assim recebi um serviço muito mal feito.

SECOND, it is definitely not the staffs fault for the service.. they are friendly & helpful however this resort is absolutely understaffed & has weird hours /rules for restaurants/food places. They should issue & disclose clearly from booking & initial check in on what restaurants/bar places are included for certain wristbands. Figuring that out is a headache. Everything is wonky. Not a fan. This is my worst all inclusive resort experience.. especially it being my first time in Cancun. Save yourself the this trip and go to Dominican republic instead.. that’s the message I’m getting based off this resort. Much better service for all inclusive resorts over there… first timer here & this impression was absolutely negative. Rooms are outdated, not thoroughly cleaned, & just horrible service. I’ve never been more disappointed. The lines for food places / bars are ridiculous. Not only that.. drinks are super watered down. Sheets for outside cabanas are always dirty.. just everything about this place is bad. Check in is long also. Stay away at all costs…….. I’m from New York and absolutely unimpressed….. & let down… take it from me. At least my fellow New Yorkers trust me when I say the night life/food sucks here. It’s just not it. Spend your money elsewhere…

This is one of the worst resorts I’ve ever stayed. Rooms are very dated. The tub didn’t drain. It literally took 45 min to get a drink. You won’t get the Cancun experience here. In this resort they don’t care for making guest feel welcomed. There’s no side pool drinks. No shows. Food was good. We had the best bracelet which is the black. But people that didn’t have that one can’t get back in some restaurants. Motel 8 rooms are better. Trust me don’t waste your money. Spend the extra 600 stay at a better hotel.

Please do NOT stay here. This place is a complete scam and waste of money. We came with a group of around 30 of us from Atlanta to enjoy the beach and relax but there wasn’t much of that going on. The food is absolutely disgusting, and when I mean disgusting like it was not edible. Every single food item tasted extremely bad and then I got food poisoning along with a couple others in our group. I couldn’t leave my room for almost two days because I was so sick from the food here. The alcohol was watered down and there was only a couple bars open (which still closed at 11pm) and the wait times were sometimes 30 minutes. The food and drinks were so bad that our group went and bought bottles from outside the resort and went to restaurants for every single meal the last three days of being here. The resort itself is pretty and the rooms weren’t bad but you definitely don’t get the all-inclusive experience whatsoever. Please look into other places and don’t make the mistake we made, even if you have to pay a little extra money I promise it is worth it.

Booked for the “all-inclusive” and discovered there are a bunch of things you have to pay extra for/not included in the all inclusive (room service delivery fees, extra water bottles, certain menu items). Terrible, microwaved, stale, dry food. All drinks (when they don’t run out) are watered down (alcoholic and nonalcoholic). The whole resort smells like paint/paint thinner and mold. Staff isn’t courteous or welcoming. The place is dirty. the plants are all dead. There are flies all over the restaurants. Everything is outdated. the elevator barely fits three people. Everyone here looks miserable. You couldn’t PAY me to come back here. 0/10 would NOT recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else. just trust me.

I spent Winter Holidays 2019 flew from AZ., met with family members that flew from 2 other States in the U.S. My room was amazing location and views, if I only stayed in the room... so many Restaurants in this complex.. and still couldn't locate the nearest one, we would find other people walking around trying to find a particular Restaurant with no luck! and the signage was either missing or not legible at all or wrong! We got caught in the rain after new year's celebration and dozens of people couldn't find our buildings, walked over the bridges through the tunnels, from one building to the next ,we would find other guests doing the same. Poor lighting throughout the property! In one occasion I fell from a ledge by the Snack place thinking it was flat, because again ,the poor lightning in outdoor areas!! got a few scratches, bruises and the embarrassment when people thought I had a few too many drinks, actually was looking for the rest of my family. early next morning trying to acquire some band aids at the souvenir store..shockingly to find out that they did not sell band-aids!!! What Hotel does not have a First Aid Kit in hand, or sell band_aids at their shop. I have to admit food was great except for the waiting time , due to the lack of organization of their restaurants , it gave me the feeling that they felt overwhelmed with the large attendance during this Holiday, in order to service all of the guests, we were sent to adjacent areas just to get a couple of seats. when they could easily had other Restaurants provide the same service. But this I understand, it was the most important Holiday Season of the year, and to many of us the expectations of welcoming 2020! Everybody trying to make it to the restaurants at the last minute, yes we are all guilty of that! With this in mind, we all deserve to wait in the long lines to get in. My biggest complaint was the staff at the front desk, the Individuals that are supposed to have the most higher education degrees in the business . I had a flight back home at 45 past 4 pm. so I was ready at the lobby with my luggage checking out, when I asked for the password or release of my stay so I could get in the transportation to the airport, this extremely rude and arrogant individual (supposedly in charge of the tours) said to me that my departure was at 11 in the am. and that I had lost my ride to the airport! when clearly there was many other guest leaving at that particular time because their flights were at a later schedule. I informed him that I had talked to the personnel (concierge) located at the building I had my stay, if it was k for me to place my luggage in their lockers or custody space, that I would turn my keys on time, but felt it was too long of a wait at the airport, since my flight was schedule for the pm. Apparently everything would be okay , So with this peace of mind I delighted my senses for a couple more hours at this enchanting place., just to find this insensitive, almighty office boy scolding me for not attending his meetings. (I did not fly that far,and spend my money to go sit at blurb meetings) did not feel like clouding my Vacation with this fellow who by the way, wasn't even a Native of the country MX. Because all the service provided by waiters, cleaning staff, maids, bar tenders, entertainers, drivers, with probably less Academic requirements and/or degrees had much more Social Skills and upbringing towards customers than the moron out front!! I have traveled all over the world and this man does not represent the locals or their Culture. The agency responsibility with its guests shouldn't end with turning his key in, It is or should be til they return their guests back at the airport safe and sound( where we got picked up) were we can board our flights to safely return home and bring and share our best memories! So I will keep on traveling and visiting, perhaps another location in Cancun next time......

I hope you guys would value the feedback. No complimentary in lobby. Wife is only available for one device. Hidden price. Bad service. Long wait to get decent food. The staff at white box (sushi and seafood bar) passed our turn for many turns. Bad system. They do not give you numbers when you make reservation, they do not call your name loud enough. We were staying in the designated area for 3 hours and have been checking on our turn many times, but still missed the reservation.

Visited in late july 2020.Check in took 3 hours so was not a good start,also the hotel claimed to be 30% capacity but seemed like a lot more people there than expected. Rooms were fairly comfortable and clean; however food in the hotel varied a lot in quality with some restaurants being good and others not good at all. Drinks on all inclusive were good and there were multiple pools to swim and a private beach which was convenient. Some staff were very rude in dealing with customers at breakfast time, they often left ques of people waiting outside in the heat because guests didn't know where they could or couldn't eat; however most staff would tend to any extra needs.
Good location in Cancún and around 20 minutes from airport, just an okay hotel overall at a reasonable price.

Worst all inclusive hotel that I’ve been. Super slow service and a lot waiting time even for eating! At least 2 hour waiting, even for the buffet. Employees doesn’t know anything, they don’t explain and make you waste your time and money. I will never come back here. A waste of my money. They don’t even wanted to give us our money to go to another hotel. Even the water comes out dirty. Don’t waste your time coming here.

The food was horrible. The buffet was nasty. The coffee shop literally served you milk and ice blended with just a small splash of milk. It was gross. Most restaurants are closed right now. We found ourselves leaving to other restaurants outside of the hotel. Which really cancels out the fact that its all inclusive. Customer service was very nice. Beach was nice and clean, facilities were very beautiful. But there's definately other hotels that can give you that AND good food.
