“Stayed here because of its proximity to the Convention Center. Didn't know they actually had a bridge and that I didn't have to step foot outside. From check in to check out, all staff were warm and friendly. Got a very nice room with a view of the convention center, clean and comfortable. Check in person, did not get his name, had a British or Australian accent was super nice and helpful, wish I got his name, but he was great. Tried food at the pub, bar and breakfast restaurant. All food was tasty and fresh and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Got a voucher for breakfast, which I was not expecting, nice surprise . All wait staff were very pleasant and attentive, especially James in the pub. All in all a very pleasant experience and I would defiantly stay here again when I return for future conventions. If I had to list one negative it is that I needed to get water and they have a filtered water machine and Ice machine down the hall, but I did not see a pitcher in my room, just plastic cups. But I'm nitpicking now. Great place to stay and very reasonably priced”

“This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star price tag. Rooms are very small and basic in design. Hotel is clean on the surface but you can see evidence of cost cutting and wear throughout. Some staff are exceptional while others can't be bothered. Convenient to the conference center which is the only reason why I'd stay here.”
