Stayed here for a soccer tournament. Great room and an awesome view. We loved the access to the pool. Close to everything we were looking for. Only issue we had was that they had a wedding or live music outside; unfortunately for us, they played until midnight and we could hear everything. Other than that, great place!

A totally comfortable COVID-era stay. Open walkways, masked staff, dog-friendly, good beer on tap. A good location with lots of green space nearby. We were happy to have chosen this hotel.

The staff was very courteous and professional. Whatever you ask for they would make sure you were provided with it. The room was clean and beds were freshly made. This was the second year that we held our Eastern Star convention there. In the near future I will be returning.

Great service the room was clean I slept comfortably. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I thought the hotel price was a little expensive. The windows could use some cleaning even the elevator glass looks pretty dirty. The outside had trash all over the walk way. Other than I would probably return.

I've stayed at this hotel many times over a number of years. It has consistently upheld a high quality. Clean and comfortable. The entire facility has stayed well maintained and updated. Highly recommend

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a room. This website will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't regret it. Great property. Great location. Very helpful staff. Only thing they are under staffed currently. But it was a beautiful stay.

Checked in on a Thursday, children and patrons running up and down the halls all hours of the night, no sleep. Friday, a wedding with loud music (to be expected of course) in the tent outside our window (mind you 11 floors up), advised by front desk weddings end at midnight, ended about 12:30 am, but patrons in and out of rooms, up and down the hall until at least 2 or 3 am. Saturday, two weddings also ending between midnight and 12:30 am, but again patrons in and out of rooms, up and down the halls until 2 or 3 am. Sunday, finally quiet, was able to get some sleep. Moral of the story is, if you like to party the hotel is great, nice rooms, nice amenities, if you're looking to get any rest during you stay....forget about it. Requested call back from hotel manager 7/25/21, still waiting for a call back. Now on hold with hotel for at least 15/20 minutes waiting to find out why my charge card has an additional $44.10 charged to it. We did request clean towels twice, who the heck charges extra for clean towels. To be continued.....

Really comfortable large near-the-airport hotel set in a lovely multiple corporation park with lakes, swans and green grass. Large swimming pool to do laps...excellent gym on 12th floor and even larger gym in basement for a additional fee. Beds are comfortable, pillows perfect, showers great.... and atrium is huge!

From the moment we walked in the Service was outstanding. Our room was a nice size room and very clean. The Fitness Center was a 5 star Gym with a racquetball and basketball ball court. They had a nice walking trail behind the hotel with nice scenery of the buildings next to the hotel. The pool was a decent size. Finally, the hotel itself was quiet and clean all around. I will definitely come back.

I am SO glad we chose the Westin Chicago Northwest as our wedding vendor. Monica was our wedding specialist and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was very responsive to our questions and even provided us suggestions on wedding packages, food and decor. Our guests loved how organized the event was and loved the venue. They also LOVED the food and the sweets table that we purchased with our package. Thank you for giving us our dream wedding. It was more than we could ever ask for. I am still in awe with how amazing and perfect everything was. I would recommend the Westin Chicago Northwest for a wedding venue and would give them 10 starts if I could.

Excellent room. Super comfortable beds. Reasonably priced at less than $100 after taxes and the $10 hotel fee. Stayed an additional day just because it was that nice.

The hotel was so luxurious the main lobby was spacious the room was nice the hotel was quite there were restaurants near by we ate at we had the pool to ourselves we reserved a time to come I would definitely stay again

Update* The new manager Chris is very nice and professional. He was very helpful and took care of the problem! I stayed at the Westin in Itasca for Valentine’s Day. I am only giving this two stars because the room was nice and clean. I booked the “suite life Valentine’s Day package” in a king suite. That was supposed to include: gourmet picnic basket, 1 bottle of wine, in-room movie, a fruit amenity, and late checkout at 4pm. We only received a small cheese platter and a bottle of wine. The front desk lady didn’t know anything about this package. She didn’t believe us that check out was 4 pm, we had to prove it by showing her a picture of what this package included. We booked this through their website too. We had someone knocking on our door at 1 pm asking us if we departed yet. They made it out to be a huge deal that check out was at 4. We didn’t even get everything in the package. We asked the front desk lady that we didn’t get everything included and she said the cheese platter is the gourmet basket. It was a waste of money. I do not recommend anyone to get a package at this hotel. I was better off buying a regular room, I would have saved $150+. I am very disappointed with this hotel.

Nice hotel but the decor is a little dated. Front desk staff were super friendly. Was upgrade to a huge suite. Unfortunately do to COVID the restaurant was not open for dinner or breakfast.

Phenomenal. Honestly it's awesome because you are right next to the freeway and by the airport. Definitely not recommended for kids but maybe more couples and business type of feel because it is nice and quiet and very clean and of course the vibe is very calming. I would literally have even myself stay there if I was to get surgery. The sweets are really nice because they are half of hardwood floor and the other half is carpet which is better that there is less carpet right now with Corona and all the viruses I really enjoyed myself with my boyfriend this weekend and everything was so clean and the air literally felt very purified and the sheets and the carpeting did not smell gross
