“No había valet parking y el estacionamiento siempre lleno, teníamos que cruzar la calle al estacionamiento (no techado del hotel). No hay control sobre quién está en el área de la alberca y muchas personas que no son huéspedes usan los camastros (también hay pocos camastros)y las toallas y no hay suficientes para los huéspedes. Lo bueno del hotel es que los cuartos son espaciosos, la comida rica. Los elevadores son muy lentos. Buen servicio del personal.”

“The hotel is really good in terms of quality of the equipment and facilities.
The main reason of this 1 star review is because I had an awful experience on a Saturday night. They allow celebrations on the top floor, the 18th floor. I was staying on the 17th floor and the noise of the music was just unbearable. There was a wedding and the noise of the music and people partying made my stay a pain in the neck.
If there is such an event in the hotel, sleeping is impossible.”
