“We were sold a room with free massage only to find out that the SPA was booked up for the entire duration of our stay. Service was quite messy, few staff speak proper English the rest struggle a lot. Our room in the residence was amazing, beautiful decor and view of the garden, with a lovely pool (albeit quite dirty all the time from the vegetation). The place has no restaurant but you can order in or walk to the other structure (Arya villas) where you can use the dining terrace and swimming pool. I wish they made that clearer, too”

“Nos vendieron una habitación con masaje gratis solo para descubrir que el SPA estaba reservado para toda la duración de nuestra estancia. El servicio era bastante desordenado, pocos empleados hablan inglés correctamente, el resto lucha mucho. Nuestra habitación en la residencia era increíble, hermosa decoración y vista del jardín, con una hermosa piscina (aunque bastante sucia todo el tiempo de la vegetación). El lugar no tiene restaurante, pero puede ordenar o caminar hasta la otra estructura (villas Arya) donde puede usar la terraza y la piscina. Ojalá lo aclararan también.”
