Excelente!!! Esse hotel é sensacional,quatro áreas temáticas incrivelmente projetadas que deixam adultos e crianças encantados, como se estivessem participando do filme... O quarto família para até 6 pessoas, incluindo mini cozinha, 2 banheiros e 3 ambientes é super acolhedor e confortável, sem falar na decoração que é linda!!! Área de alimentação com várias opções, 3 piscinas maravilhosas, destaque para a maior, do Nemo,com música embaixo da água e filmes noturnos ao redor. Acesso fácil de ônibus do hotel para os parques e parques para hotel. Super recomendo pelo custo benefício em ficar no complexo Disney, além de ganhar Magic Band e Magic hours

This trip was our 3rd. We always pick art of animation and we’ve loved every stay. This last one was by far the best. My 6 year old colored on our hotel couch seat. We couldn’t clean it and I thought we’d be slammed with a huge cleaning fee. The manager gave us a call after we told them and not only did they not charge us - they assured us they understand that this stuff happens. & even asked if it was okay with us to send our daughter a notebook from Mickey to help her remember where to color. Not to mention the pool is amazing for any age- and the Nemo playground is awesome. I can’t say enough great things about Art of Animation.

The designs and attention to details of the resort were excellent!Our family loved taking pictures and interacting with all the characters around the property.Restaurant was good, and as expected for a value resort, perfect for a quick snack or meal.The pools were nice and perfect for kids.The themes made for a good backdrop and were nice for them to interact with.Buses to and from the resort were never an issue, we rarely had to wait for any extended amount of time.The Skyliner was an excellent addition and made travel to Epcot and Hollywood Studios much easier!Also allowed us to visit a few other resorts that we normally wouldn't have. All areas of the resort were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.Overall, I would definitely recommend for any family with kids for a nice stay.

Nope!! I came in knowing I was spending ridiculous money for the experience. What I didn't expect to experience was towels that have holes in them because how old and over-used they are.I don't understand why the towels fell like a thin piece of paper...let me rephrase that... a piece of SAND PAPER!They are so old!Also in their website it says they sanitize,but crumbs on our beds and stuff from (what I assume) the the previous stay were all over.How can one sanitize and not clean?!🤦🏻‍♂️🤔🤔Lastly, most hotels have 2 full size beds, queen beds, or at least a king.HOW are we supposed to sleep 2 people In a full size that is almost the size of a twin...I didn't even know that existed...😔😔😔😔😞😞😞...I guess there are happier places in earth after all!!! And cheaper (not that I factor that in my "experience" review)

If you're thinking about which Disney resort to stay at, I'd highly recommend this one.Great location and the skyliner let's you get to where you need to be easily.Good parking. Nice rooms. And amazing staff.Food is just "ok" but it's definitely convenient and selection for picky eaters for sure.Loved our rooms in The Little Mermaid section.Pools are fun and conveniently located.

Rooms about other resorts, 1 bed room studio, we had a pull down Murphy bed for the second bed, little tight for 3 of us.Good for kids with big pool and arcade.Has a pool side bar.Bonus is the skylines to Epcot and Hollywood studios.The cafeteria style food in main area was ok if you have no other option.Also has gift shop in same area.So it has a little bit of everything.Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Great Disney hotel. Really enjoyed our stay here. Pool is nice and big, food is decent and rooms have great themes. The skyliner is the cherry on the top. It's one of the best reasons for staying at this hotel. Getting to Hollywood and Epcot is a breeze

Fue bastante bien. No al 100 porciento q esperaba. El aire lo tienen controlado pues hacía mucho calor. Estuve alojada en un resort y tuve que abrir las ventanas para q entrara el aire. Mal,mal. El único restaurante en el lobby pobre comida y muy cara. Las filas para las atracciones horribles de una a tres horas. Pensé q al estar alojada en un resort tendríamos más beneficios como las entradas a los parques, la limpieza de los cuartos unos días si y otros no. Había q estar pidiendo sábana, toallas, café, cremas , azúcar. Fué decepcionante este viaje a Disney. Íbamos 4 familias con niños. Hablando entre todos no volveríamos a Disney. Muchísimo dinero y pocos beneficios. Mejor iremos de crucero.

Insectos en toda la habitación arriba de la cama abajo en el baño no me parece q sea safe para alguien que va a pasar sus vacaciones y sus hijos terminen asustados sin poder dormir por y la limpieza muy mala cuando llegamos habían palillos de dientes en el piso comida etc pudiera dar menos de una estrella . Creo que no cuesta lo que vale muy mal servicio .

Porque en 7 díassólonos cambiaron las tohallas, segúnellos por el covid, pero podrían dejar un kit de limpieza, llovióy el piso se ensucia por másque uno sea limpio. Los hoteles de Universal mucho más limpios

As compared to other Disney resorts, Po Century is affordable. The rooms are clean and comfortable; but, small. Of course, you're not going to be in them much. We enjoy Disney. Having said that, we will not go again until their mask mandates are gone.

Stayed here Oct 3-9,2021.Stayed in a Cars family Suite. Room was immaculate, white glove clean.One toilet was not flushing properly but after we told the front desk, maintenance was there within 20 min to fix the issue.We were very happy with our stay at Art of Animation. Loved the convenience of Skyliner out the back door and the bus transportation to parks, Disney Springs, etc.Landscape of Flavors had good food and we loved mobile ordering. We were glad we bought souvenir resort cups for unlimited refills on drinks.The pool areas were always clean and lifeguards were very attentive.The Ink and Paint gift shop had a large variety of souvenirs and the lobby restrooms were always clean.Family friendly resort. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Such an adorable resort for the price (as far as Disney goes). This is a must stay if you have kids. The Cars, Nemo, Little Mermaid, and Lion King themed areas are so well done, you really feel as if you've been transported to those areas. The pool and bar area is a great place for both adults and kids, and they have fun little pool activities all day long for a day away from the parks. The sky liner is a real treat for transporting to Epcot and Hollywood Studios (bummer they discontinued service to Magic Kingdom) and the food is acceptable. We would definitely stay here again!

For a "value" resort, Disney spared no expense in the decor and keeping to the theme of the rooms. We stayed in a Cars room and it was great. Everything, down to the bathroom mirrors keeps with the theme. I can't imagine what the cost per unit was for the custom made sleeper sofas. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful and cater to every whim. The maintenance personnel addressed the one, very minor issue we had within 15 minutes. The convenience of staying on the resort and having the Skyliner and bus transport to the parks is worth the exorbitant price you pay with the service you receive at this resort. The mattress could have been more comfortable,but it is hard to cater to every guests preference as far as mattresses go.. The biggest complaint I have is the added nightly charge of a parking fee, even though we didn't even have a car with us!!

wonderful place for kids and adults and in close proximity to the Disney Parks.. we loved the decoration in our Little Mermaid room, the Nemo pool and the skyline gondola service to Epcot (kids fell asleep on the way back to the resort and they were able to sleep the entire way to our room without having to fold the stroller or put them in the car seat). I highly recommend it!

Loved staying here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I seriously felt the stress melt off as soon as we checked in. We stayed in the Little Mermaid for the 1st few nights and then the Nemo suite for the last few. Both rooms were great. So happy we decided to stay on property.

We really enjoyed our visit at the Art of Animation resort. We stayed in the mermaid building. We had to pass through the Lion King area. All the decorations are topnotch. Scenes from a movie 🎥. The rooms were super clean. Everyone had mask's on inside. Pools felt amazing. Family had a blast and can't wait to return.

Clean and well maintained. The theming is cute and attention to details is top rate. Disney is dropping ball on some of its policies though. They are pushing the app as a means to do everything. Direct to room, key function, food ordering, etc. Spent a bit of time at registration desk getting key cards, applying gift cards and activating magic bands. Trying to communicate with masked cast members is most difficult. No more wdw stationary or pens in rooms, the bathroom vent fans are permanently on.

Loved it. Only stayed 1 night, but it was Great. Stayed in a Cars Family Suite and what they did with the amount of space provided is kind of amazing. It wasn't a bunch of Square feet to work with, but they somehow manage to fit two fullbathrooms, a kitchenette and three beds in the room. The pools (although very crowded) where fun and cute (themed). And the main lobby building provided a food court, arcade, shopping and transportation (buses & Skyliner) to the parks. The decor of both inside and outside the buildings to each specific movie theme is amazing. Really a great place for families. I loved it.

Stayed here for one week to celebrate a milestone birthday and graduating college. Diane was absolutely wonderful and kind at the front desk always answered our questions. There were onlytwo downsides to the stay. One was that a member of housekeeping or leadership came into the room DAILY for a "room check" this seemed unnecessary. They would come in, turn all the lights on and flush the toilets. We had housekeeping set for every other day and this honestly could've been done during these times instead of every day. Also mixed communication because when we asked two separate people why this was done daily one response was it isn't supposed to be and the other was that they are required to regardless if there is a do not disturb on the door. Second issue during the stay is that we were in building five and neither side door on the first floor was operating properly on one side if you pulled the door hard enough it would just open and the other wouldn't open even if you received a green light after tapping your magic band or phone. We reported this three times to three different people during our week stay and it was never fixed. This is a safety issue and should be taken care of. It got to the point where all guests knew the door was not working and would run and open the door for us. Honestly overall I would stay again just potentially in another building if they can't fix the locks. The skyline access and the buses were convenient and always available during park hours.

My family stayed there for 3 nights. We had 13 in total and the trip went mostly of without a hitch. For 13 people that is really great. I want to emphasize that. A couple of times the shuttle took a while from park to the resort, but not often. The Sky Ride to Hollywood Studios was very convenient. The resort cup is 100% worth the buy. My only problem is that I did not see a refill station near the Little Mermaid portion, meaning we had to walk all the way to the front in order to utilize the cups. Fortunately the walk had easy to follow trails with different themes along the way. All in all, we had a great time at the resort and would do it again.

A wonderful experience for my little ones. She loved starting with King Triton and seeing Ariel to shower with her "collection". Disney also took care of us during our check in since the magic bands came late and we didn't get them before we flew. If you use the mobile app to its max, you can really make things efficient, including checking in, eating, and even checking out and luggage holding.

Loved this resort. Stayed in Little Mermaid-rooms were a little walk to the buses and main area, but not that bad of a walk because there was animation to look at while I was walking. My daughter loved it. Rooms were bigger than what I thought. Housekeeping brought towels and took out the trash every other day. Food was great and very fast using the app. Loved listening to the disney music through out the resorts. Got me pumped up. All the staff was very nice and treated us like royalty. Buses were fast picking and dropping us off. We were the first bus to magic kingdom. Only thing would have been nice to know that there was a luggage cart to haul our luggage to our room after check in. Hauling luggage outside in the heat with a six year is not fun. Would stay again.

Great atmosphere and great service. Definitely loved how easy it was to get to the parks and back using the skyline system. We did encounter a issue with the mini fridge not working, but guest services had it replaced while we were at the park without any issues. Overall I would recommend staying at this resort and I hope to stay again soon.

We stayed at the Disney's Art of Animation Resort for the first time. It was a One bedroom suite. A Queen Bed Room and bathroom with Shower for Two. The Living room has a Sofa Bed with a Full size mattress and the Dining Room Table has a Pull out Full size mattress. Potentially sleeping Six. There is a Bathtub in the second bathroom. During Covid Protocols there was no room service for food and cleaning. There were three pools and one restaurant.

The family suites are very spacious and wonderful after long days at the parks. The kitchenette included a mini fridge, microwave, sink, a few cups, Bowls, and individually wrapped plastic forks, spoons, and knives. The decorations and themes of the rooms and the resort overall are wonderfully done. Easy access to transportation options and short walk to the Pop Century resort, if needed. Dining hall has numerous options for different tastes, and a lot of options for grab and go foods and drinks. While the food probably will not be winning any culinary awards, none of it was bad, and it's good for fast options.

Very nice resort. Pools were amazing. We love starting at a Disney Resort. You get the ultimate Disney experience. It is great to be able to park your vehicle and let Disney do the driving for you during your stay. The food was over priced, but delicious. The details that went into each building are outstanding. We were in the Lightening McQueen building and it was above and beyond our expectations.

This is the second time that we stayed here. The resort is very nice. It was clean and several pools to accommodate everyone. The room was theme decorated nicely. The only issue I had was the room has 2 queen beds so can sleep 4. There is only 3 drawers for clothes. I don't want to spend a week living out of my suitcase. There is plenty of room under the beds that could be used.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It was very very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. They also provide you with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I stayed in an Ariel themed room and in there was two big beds, a dresser, a mini fridge ( that was big enough for a gallon of milk and many more things,) also a table, and a bathroom with a separate sink space. They also have a big gift shop and a big food court. Over all this is a great hotel.

We stayed at Art of Animation from 2/27-3/4 and this was our first trip to Disney! This resort was absolutely wonderful!! We stayed in a Little Mermaid room and it was the cutest! Starting with the hotel itself, it’s so much fun, a wonderful and friendly atmosphere. The grounds are kept beautifully and even with the big pool being closed for refurbishments, the other 2 pools were just as wonderful!! The rooms are a great size with comfortable beds and the shower was spacious. Not to mention the style of the room to tie in with the theme was perfect. The restaurant had very good food, we frequented the gift shop often and the lobby is just as adorable as the rest of the hotel grounds. We had lots of photo ops while walking from our room to the lobby! Transportation from the hotel to the parks was an absolute breeze and so accommodating. EVERYONE WAS SO FRIENDLY!! We will absolutely be staying here again perhaps in a different wing so we can experience a different movie. They also had arts and crafts options for kids to do outside the lobby and movies on the lawn at night. This place just blew away all my expectations. So happy with our stay.

One of the most affordable resorts at Disney. Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Clean, cute rooms. Nice pool. My only complaints are there were no microwaves in the rooms.(Well at least not in the rooms my sister and I had) It was a 5-7 minute walk to the restaurant where you could get to a microwave to heat up food. That made it harder to save money and eat in your room. The resort gift shop had a good selection of products. Mobile ordering food in the resort restaurant was nice and made it easy. I would return in the future if we go to Disney again!

Amazing Disney themed hotel. It was my first time staying at one of these and at 35, WOW I was amazed. The rooms are clean and every building on the property was character themed. The lobby is great with huge sketches, there's an on property gift shop and restaurant and plenty of parking. There statues and photos props throughout the hotel so a nice walk around the property was nice. The best thing had to be the new Disney Skyline that connects the hotel to the parks. No paying for parking or driving and its an amazing experience. 10/10, thanks Disney!

This was our first time staying at a Disney resort. What a great experience! We stayed in a Cars Family Suite which was very recently remodeled. The entire resort was immaculate. And the entire staff was friendly and more than accommodating. My daughter has many odd food issues and the chef came out for every meal to personally design a meal for her that was safe for her to eat. The store was also great. Lots of variety and decent prices too. The pools were fun and well watched. Taking the Sky Line was so much fun when going to Epcot or Hollywood Studios, however, the lines were very long. We will definitely stay at this resort again.

O lugar é maravilhoso, porém,me passaram um um único valor de diária,e quando fiz o checkout,os valores eram diferentes .Cada dia tem um valor.Me senti enganada.Lesada mesmo.Acho que é por isso que não mandam email de confirmação.Para o hóspede ter a amarga surpresa somente no checkout. Cuidado!!

Excelente hotel! Pode não ser um dos mais refinados do complexo Disney, mas ele te coloca dentro de 4 das melhores animações: A Pequena Sereia, Procurando Nemo, O Rei Leão e Carros. Tudo muito perfeito! O quarto da Pequena Sereia é ideal para até 4 pessoas (2 camas de casal) visto que os outros quartos são maiores e mais caros. Possui uma lojinha Disney muito boa, o restaurante tem boas opções para café da manhã e jantar (não conheci as opções para almoço), mas vale ressaltar que não possui serviço a la carte, possui várias piscinas e um salão de jogos de fliperama bem bacana. Quando fomos a lavanderia estava com várias máquinas quebradas o que gerou um pouco de fila e acabamos desistindo de usar. Não me arrependo de ter escolhido esse hotel e quando for novamente adoraria ficar nele! Vale ressaltar que se hospedando nele você tem todos os benefícios da Disney (Ganha magic band, tem direito as extra magical hours, ônibus para levar aos parques da Disney e Disney Springs, pode fazer compras nos parques e pedir para retirar no hotel entre outros...)

Adorei este hotel da Disney, quartos seguem o padrão da categoria econômica/moderado, equipamentos novos e bem cuidados em constante manutenção. Ficamos na suíte familiar que tem 1 sala com sofá-cama casal e mesa que vira cama de casal e um banheiro, além da mini-cozinha com pia e microondas + 1 quarto separado por uma porta com cama queen size e outro banheiro. O Skyline foi uma novidade incrível que nos levou para o Hollywood Studios de forma rápida e eficiente, curtindo uma aventura. Ponto negativo: compramos a caneca de refil porém as bebidas não tinham boa qualidade (principalmente café e chocolate quente).

Fantastic! Love how tacky the room decor is. Has a definite feel to it. The lobby is awesome. I love all the art and the cast are very nice and helpful. My favorite part of the hotel is probably the massage chairs in the arcade. Absolutely perfect after a long day of walking.

The littler mermaid room is cute but tiny of you have a large party or even kids over the age of 6. The decor does not actually include Ariel which was a bummer! The little mermaid buildings of the resort are very far from the buses and the cafe so plan on extra time getting to and from your room. The pools are nice and the staff was mostly pleasant and helpful. When we checked in our room had been changed with no notification and when I called to inquire about it, they were not as nice as I expected. Turns out we were given a complimentary upgraded room, which is AMAZING and rare but no one told us or gave me a heads up. The bus system works pretty well for getting to and from the parks since this resort has it's own buses AND only one spot for drop off and pick up! The new skyline system was awesome and I recommend you use it!! Christian the manager was nice and helpful. Overall not bad! Not sure it's worth the price considering it's a "budget" resort but if you are looking to save on rooms, it will work!

This is a very busy place but it runs like clockwork. It's convenient and very family friendly. I do think the pool should stay open til at least 9 pm. There were nights we would have enjoyed using it past 8 pm. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay with highly attentive staff that accommodated our every need. The Big blue pool is super cute and the kids loved it. It was nice to have The Drop Off bar right next to the pool for enjoying a Happy hour. Landscape of Flavors had great variety that made everyone happy when we wanted to grab a bite.

This place was absolutely made for kids! We visited this resort because we were staying at the Port Orleans Riverside resort. My son is a big Cars fan so we wanted to show him all the huge life-size figures out back. The day we went, it was really cold. Would love to go back when warmer and spend more time there, as there is Cars, Finding Dory/Nemo, Lion King and Little Mermaid. The store was pretty large as well. The staff was really nice and helpful when we asked which direction to go to see the figures outside. The only reason we decided not to stay here was because Port Orleans Riverside was $1800 cheaper than this place. We decided to save that money on the resort and just visit Art of Animation instead. Can't wait to go back

In Jan 2020 I stayed here with my family including my wife and 2 kids. We stayed in the mermaid building in a standard room. It's a nice resort with nice amenities, pools, food options and excellent transportation. The room itself was mediocre, however I loved the fitness path around hourglass lake. It offered a peaceful tranquil walk in the evening. Overall we enjoyed the resort.
